“Amazing cookie cake i have nothing bad to say expect the delivery charge was almost the price of the cake. That was the only negative thing i have tonsay other then that really good coookie cake. Thank you.”

“I ordered Valentine cookies for my granddaughter last minute and was impressed at how early they were delivered. I didn't have the opportunity to taste them however my daughter advised they were very yummy.”

“Great customer service. I really appreciated that you ensured my gift was delivered in the timeframe I expected. One opportunity for improvement that I'd like to suggest is to increase the amount of characters allowed in the message section. Thank you!”

We're glad we delivered on time! We'll definitely work on being able to have more characters on the card messages. We understand our customers want the option to provide any special message they want and sometimes the message is unfortunately cut short.

“My experience with Sweet Flour was fantastic. I highly recommend them. I ordered for a Valentine's Day delivery. I received a call from them because they knew they had previously had issues delivering to the address I requested (a downtown building with no reception) so I was able to make sure someone was available to receive the delivery. I greatly appreciate the thoroughness of their team working on those orders. The product was delicious, on time, and exactly as expected. Great customer service, fantastic cookies.”
