“Very clean and very informative. I bought a katana and I read an entire well-researched article about it. Not only that, but after I received it, I got sent heaps of articles that helped me learn how to use it, how to clean it, and how to store my new sword. I believe the prices to be decent compared to other markets and I absolutely recommend swordis to anyone just finding out about it.”

“This website has a TON of collection to choose from with some of the best brands around. It’s so easy to navigate and find the sword you want. A big THUMBS UP for the level of information about each product. I had a slight issue making the purchase but the customer service helped me resolve it in a very brief time.”

“Came here after my go-to YouTube sword guy recommended it and I wasn’t disappointed. I love how simple their website design is and the level of information provided for each product. “My first order was lost in the mail and after waiting a while, contacting customer support was no help since they said they have no control over the mail. The only thing they could do was to ship out another sword which I received much later.”

“I never received a tracking number for my package and had to contact customer support for it. Agent was friendly and resent it to my email but i did not get it. I had to contact them again and manually wrote it down instead.”

“Shipping was longer than anticipated. Also not too happy with the sword I ordered going on sale just a week later. I could have saved 85! Perhaps honor the sale price if its within a week or two? Thanks”

“slight delay in shipping and color was not as pictured on the site. ultimately not 100% happy but support did offer to process returns but i also wanted to keep it. I would have been happier with a partial refund and getting to keep the sword”
