“Fabulous sword at the best price possible! I did some math and realized that although other sites have the sword at the same price, the total at checkout is best at swordis.”

“Shipping was longer than anticipated. Also not too happy with the sword I ordered going on sale just a week later. I could have saved 85! Perhaps honor the sale price if its within a week or two? Thanks”

“slight delay in shipping and color was not as pictured on the site. ultimately not 100% happy but support did offer to process returns but i also wanted to keep it. I would have been happier with a partial refund and getting to keep the sword”

“Got this as a gift for my girlfriend on our 6 month anniversary, just an excuse really because she wants to start her own collection. Shipping was delayed because the package was stuck at the distribution center for almost a week. I had to drive 45 mins to get it. Customer support helped all they could and even offered to send out another but I decided to go ahead and see if they could find it at the center.”

“Recently, I ordered a katana made by Shadow Dancer. I've never had any of their swords before so I thought I would give it a try. I placed the order and received a confirmation email and a date of when to expect delivery. The sword was well packed and arrived in a very good shape. There was about a week's delay but eventually came as promised.”

“I love everything about the site and I managed to find the sword I wanted at the lowest price but damn, it takes ages for the site to load for me! I almost gave up. I'm not sure if there was a site maintenance but I watched the page take almost one whole minute to load. Otherwise, everything is good!”
