“The best there is! Received a damaged sword and support immediately arranged to have another shipped out at no extra cost. They did ask for photos of the damaged sword though for documentation purposes and wanted to know how they could do better. I think this is good because it shows that they want to continue to improve.”

“It all went well but I did not receive my tracking number in the beginning and it was a pain in the a** having to contact the company to get it. Don't get me wrong, they were friendly and helpful but I hated having to do it.”

“I bought a cane sword with an octopus handle. I talked to customer service to ask if the handle would be comfortable for long term use and it took me multiple times to get my question across. It was kinda frustrating but he was helpful and friendly.”

“I had a specific sword I had in mind and thought there would be no harm asking support if they knew what I was looking for. The agent I spoke to was very patient and understanding, taking their time to listen to me. In the end, I found the sword I wanted and she helped me through the payment process and ensured I received the tracking number.”

“I recently purchased a sword and overall, I'm quite satisfied. Website is well designed and user friendly, easy to navigate, and I placed an order without any issue. Customer support could use improvement. the responses were helpful but the time between replies was quite long, maybe due to only one person managing customer support? Catalog is decent and there is quite some variety. But I was disappointed I could not find the specific sword I wanted and settled for a different one. The shipping process was quite smooth but the package arrived later than expected. I would consider purchasing again but I hope to see improvements.”

“I am an older collector and it has not always been the easiest for me to order online. The website is easy to use, and when I had trouble with getting my payment to go through, customer service was very patient and guided me through it all. They also offered to keep me updated on the package through email since I am not sure how to track it. I am very thankful.”
