“Very satisfied and happy first-time buyer. Everything went smoothly, even though there was a slight delay after my purchase. The sword arrived within a couple of days and was packaged very well, the product matched its description exactly and looked just like the images. I’ve had problems with other markets and the meaning of “battle-ready”, but in this case, it was true to its name, and my sword was truly functional for cutting. Customer service was good and the selection is quite big. Looking forward to purchasing more swords in the future!”

“The website is exceptionally well-designed and earns a 5/5 rating from me, even though there's room for improvement. The customer service was excellent. They tailored recommendations to my budget and provided articles to broaden my knowledge about the sword I chose - an affordable katana, simple without major decorative elements, yet perfectly suitable for functional tameshigiri cutting. While I didn’t need the extra reading material, I can see how beginners would find it extremely helpful. The prices are generally competitive and slightly lower compared to other vendors, though the tamahagane katanas are a bit on the pricey side of things almost matching the cost of a true Japanese nihonto. I appreciate the detailed catalog and extensive information, but some entries, like the HanBonForge items, need updates. This is my only critique, and I’m confident it will be addressed soon.”

“The best market about swords. I’m a beginner but all the other websites seem overcrowded with details and it makes my browser slow. I read their Demon Slayer articles and ended up buying a Demon Slayer sword and it is actually heavy and made of steel. I would just add a chat option when browsing through it for asking questions”

“The prices at Swordis are exceptional, outstanding and left me speechless. I think it is the only sword market right now to feautre some of the best brands while having an actual working website without bugs, an encyclopedia about details, and one of the most active customer service supports. “Very clean and very informative. I bought a katana and I read an entire well-researched article about it. Not only that, but after I received it, I got sent heaps of articles that helped me learn how to use it, how to clean it, and how to store my new sword. I believe the prices to be decent compared to other markets and I absolutely recommend swordis to anyone just finding out about it.”

“I never received a tracking number for my package and had to contact customer support for it. Agent was friendly and resent it to my email but i did not get it. I had to contact them again and manually wrote it down instead.”
