“Ordered a katana for my brother's birthday on short notice. I contacted support to see which options would ship out fastest and was given several options. Vali was extremely helpful and understood my situation and I received the sword just in time!”

“Saw a facebook post on swords, visited their website, found an interesting looking katana and thought I would take a chance on it. Looks and feels great but I have to admit I'm not very knowledgeable about swords.”

“Did a price search for a Chinese jian I wanted and stumbled upon Swordis for which I'm very thankful. I ordered a different sword instead and it arrived without issue.”

“The sword I ordered was stuck in shipping and the status kept changing from out for delivery and going back to the regional distribution center. I'm not sure what happened but it was quite frustrating to track it down. Swordis tried to help but there was not much they could do.”

“My first order of the sakura katana was not great, part of the package was damaged and the scabbard had a slight dent. I contacted customer support and they arranged to have it returned and a new one was shipped out that very day so I did not have to wait for the damaged sword to reach them.”

“I recently received my new Sakabato Katana Swordis . It was everything I was hoping for and more. It is beautifully crafted and the fit and finish our excellent and tight. The hamon is really beautiful. I received it in just eight days from placing my order, which I found amazing. The tracking was excellent. I would highly recommend dealing with Swordis . Their service was excellent. I look forward to buying another blade in the shadow dancer line.”
