I had a wonderful encounter with Vali, he was very helpful and efficient in recommending me a sword and giving me the advice I needed to maintain it. It was like speaking to an old friend!

Delayed shipping and support is no help at all. They tell me that its due to the bad weather and that shipping is out of their control. It should have been stated on the website that this could happen.

We’ve reached out to USPS but were kept on hold for an extended time. We did manage to speak with someone, and they’ve informed us that they will get back to us on Monday. No tracking number. This seems to be an issue and swordis admitted it as well. THey said that it could have been sent to junk folder or "promotions" depending on which email platform you use but it did not appear in mine. They've tried sending it to me multiple times but I did not get it and in the end they just gave it to me through chat. They also followed up after to make sure I could track and receive the package. It was an inconvenience but the follow ups were unnecessary and I appreciate them going above and beyond.

The best there is! Received a damaged sword and support immediately arranged to have another shipped out at no extra cost. They did ask for photos of the damaged sword though for documentation purposes and wanted to know how they could do better. I think this is good because it shows that they want to continue to improve.

It all went well but I did not receive my tracking number in the beginning and it was a pain in the a** having to contact the company to get it. Don't get me wrong, they were friendly and helpful but I hated having to do it.

I bought a cane sword with an octopus handle. I talked to customer service to ask if the handle would be comfortable for long term use and it took me multiple times to get my question across. It was kinda frustrating but he was helpful and friendly.

I had a specific sword I had in mind and thought there would be no harm asking support if they knew what I was looking for. The agent I spoke to was very patient and understanding, taking their time to listen to me. In the end, I found the sword I wanted and she helped me through the payment process and ensured I received the tracking number.
