“My first order of the sakura katana was not great, part of the package was damaged and the scabbard had a slight dent. I contacted customer support and they arranged to have it returned and a new one was shipped out that very day so I did not have to wait for the damaged sword to reach them.”

“I recently received my new Sakabato Katana Swordis . It was everything I was hoping for and more. It is beautifully crafted and the fit and finish our excellent and tight. The hamon is really beautiful. I received it in just eight days from placing my order, which I found amazing. The tracking was excellent. I would highly recommend dealing with Swordis . Their service was excellent. I look forward to buying another blade in the shadow dancer line.”

“I am so thankful for being able to talk to Vali. I had my heart set on a katana but somehow ended up ordering a wakizashi of the same design. It took a while for me to explain myself but Vali was patient and was kind enough to process a return and sent out the katana I wanted.”
