“First I couldn't find the tracking number and was told that it was included in the invoice which I eventually located in my junk folder. Then the delay with USPS and customer servvice was not much help in helping me get the package faster.”

“The sword I ordered was stuck in shipping and the status kept changing from out for delivery and going back to the regional distribution center. I'm not sure what happened but it was quite frustrating to track it down. Swordis tried to help but there was not much they could do.”
