“There was no tracking number for my package and after repeated attempts at having support send it, it was still not available in my mail folder. Support ended up calling me to read it to me so I could write it down.”

“I am so thankful for being able to talk to Vali. I had my heart set on a katana but somehow ended up ordering a wakizashi of the same design. It took a while for me to explain myself but Vali was patient and was kind enough to process a return and sent out the katana I wanted.”

“My experience has not been pleasant. Each page took around a minute to load, the images for each sword were stuck at that "?" and I had to keep refreshing the page. After finally finding the sword I wanted, it was "out of stock", and extremely frustrating experience. After checking out, I did not receive an email that confirmed my purchase. Their customer support team took 20 minutes to respond to my message. I would have rated 1/5 if it wasn't for the sword which I was happy with.”
