“Very bad customer service. Ordered a foil package. Delivery came in 2 shipments without telling me. 2nd delivery packaging was strongly damaged. Screw box was open and screws missing. Till now i still have no replacment screws from Takoon. No apologies from them - they just said they gonna forward my complain to the delivery company. Ordered 17.08 and 07.09 I still have a foil which I can not use because of missing screws!!”

Hello, you ordered a product from us, once the delivery was made you told us that some screws were missing because the parcel had been opened, we sent the screws back the same day and the carrier told us that the parcel had been lost, we sent a new parcel today. We can't do any better than that, we do the best we can.

“Réception Trix 4,3 (37 litres) dans des délais satisfaisant. Produit super emballé / protégé Excellente planche, rien de particulier à signaler. Départ waterstart sur genoux possible pour mes 68 / 70 kg. Sortie de l'eau pas bcp plus physique que sur ma 70 litres quand il y a suffisamment de vent. Possibilité de naviguer dès 15-17 nœuds établis en 5 m2. Deuxième planche idéale !”

“Deuxième achat Wing Day Bag En 5.0 le premier acheté en 2021 il a fait 6 mois abord d'un voilier en plein soleil, plus le reste du temp utilisation normale il est encore en bon état tissus et fermeture éclair, que je graisse régulièrement.Le deuxième achat est pour remplacer un Day Bag d'un concurrent acheté en 2021 il a vécut la même aventure mes il est HS.”
