“Una brutta avventura, ala V2 ultra acquistata i primi di maggio 2023 arrivata dopo un mese, al primo utilizzo è risultata bucata per un difetto di cucitura, riparata da HTS in toscana, perché takoon era disponibile a provvedere alla riparazione solamente dopo averla ricevuta a mie spese e comunque per i tempi della riparazione circa un mese, il leash in dotazione è risultato troppo corto per la vela di 6 mq e sull'etichetta era indicato V1, tant'è che l'ho riordinato a mie spese........forse sarò l'unico sfortunato ma non è che sia stato supportato sufficientemente dal personale Takoon, mi spiace.”

Ciao, grazie per il tuo commento, il leash non viene fornito con l'ala V2 ultra, c'è stato un errore e un leash è finito nella tua ala in fabbrica, di conseguenza hai ottenuto un leash. Le ali vengono gonfiate per 24 ore in fabbrica prima di essere inviate in magazzino, la microperdita potrebbe derivare da un errore di manipolazione in cui l'ala ha toccato qualcosa con una spina. In 3 mesi non abbiamo avuto notizie di lei per sapere da dove provenisse la perdita nella sua vescica.
