"Filthy, late and appalling customer service. We booked a return airport pick up. The outward journey was punctual, clean and helpful. The return was anything but. Driver arrived over half an hour late leaving us stranded in the airport with no number to call him and the main office being closed. When he arrived it a completely different vehicle to what we booked he made us meet him in the car park. The inside of the cab was worse than a builders can. Full of litter, stale food, stains and old flip flops. Totally disgusting. Now waited over 6 weeks for any kind of customer services response. Doubt I\u2019ll ever get one. Never use them"

"Total scam!!!\r\nI booked GOJO but if you want to complain and get a deserved refund you\u2019ve got to deal with this company who just ignore ANY complaints.\r\nGOJO is a scam and, from my experience, so is this one!!!\r\nNow taking GOJO to court."
