"USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL! \r\n\r\nI ordered a taxi a week in advance for a wedding event, and I was happy to pay over the odds for the 17-minute journey. I literally chased them a minute after the taxi was due to arrive, only to be told that they had cancelled the taxi. No apology, no reason why, just a clear - \"We don't give a flying fig about our customers\". WTAF sort of customer service is that? \r\n\r\nI would not have minded if I had been in a large city, but I was in a smallish town where the taxis were pre-booked for a large wedding (and of course it was a bank holiday weekend). The booking was for a return trip, and to be fair, the situation ruined my day.\r\n\r\nI would give zero stars to this bunch of muppets, but sadly, I have to select at least one to post the review.\r\n\r\nAs well as having to chase to get the diabolically ignorant cancellation message, I did not receive a cancellation email until 9:35 pm, some 10 hours after the initial scheduled collection time from my hotel. \r\n\r\nSeriously, what a bunch of class one a***holes.USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL!"

"The first night was great, altho we realised pretty early on that we'd overpaid. The second night we received a cancellation from the driver so we had to pay for another taxi even tho we'd pre paid stupid amount for a taxi. Apparently we'll get a refund, so fingers crossed!"

After I booked they rang to say this car was not available but I would be upgraded to a luxury Range Rover at no extra cost. What came was the smallest car in the range Rover company, an Evoque, smaller than a ford focus. I complained and after their \"investigation\" emailed me with this.. \"According to Google, the Evoque is a luxury car\". It defies belief any taxi company can behave like this. \r\n\r\nThey are trying to defend their position that paying for a Mercedes S class long wheel base, is the same class as the Ford focus class Evoque. I enclose photos of the car I was given, and what I had booked"

"Fraud \/.breach of contract\r\n\r\nI booked a taxi from Newquay airport for last Friday, paying in advance\r\n\r\nThey messaged me straight after I paid to say A1 cars were the provider and they would confirm with me\r\n\r\nI have that email and no communication after that \r\n\r\nOn the day of booking as A1 did not confirm, I called them and they said Taxicode never booked it\r\n\r\nA1 offered to collect me and I paid. \r\n\r\nAfter many attempts to call taxicode that day (phone number is dead) I received an email from them in reply to mine asking for refund, to say my trip was active, was booked with a completely different provider, neither they nor this other compsny had ever \r\ncontacted me with this information. \r\n\r\nThey are refusing to refund me \r\n\r\nThey have 2,choices\r\n\r\n1. refund me\r\n2. I apply through the small claims court for my money back\r\n\r\nDisgraceful does not do justice to this company"
