“Absolutelly shocking service - wish I could give them no stars. Booked 8 seater taxi didn't turn up after Wedding reception leaving 8 of us stranded at 11pm at a venue way out in the countryside. Couldn't get hold of company on the telephone - answer message kept repeating itself. Offered me £5 off my next taxi ride with them as compensation! Booking email said they were allocating one of thier best drivers to pick us up .......... goodness knows what thier worst drivers are like! Only 1* on Tripadvisor and you can't give 0* !”

“Taxi driver picked me up from Heathrow to drive me to Cambridgeshire. He was late arriving and then almost fell asleep at the wheel on the way home. Very erratic, dangerous driving. I emailed the company but to complain but have had no response.”
“Extremely disappointing experience. I had a confirmed booking made a week in advance, only for it to be cancelled the night before after one missed WhatsApp call from an unfamiliar profile. No voicemail, no follow-up call, text, or email — just a cancellation at the last minute.
This caused unnecessary stress and left me scrambling to arrange alternative transport. What made it worse was the response to my complaint: simply stating that a refund had been issued, with no apology or explanation at all.
A refund does not make up for poor communication and unreliable service. I will not be using this company again.”

“Your taxi never showed , you didn’t even have the decency to email , ring or text me . Left me standing thinking a rolls Royce was going to turn up which I have paid for !!! You are not refunding me you didn’t show ! I have proof of the immediate phone call I had with you I had it recorded and video footage of outside the restaurant and there was definitely no Rolls Royce there . You’re a horrible company, it was a birthday treat and you could even send a message to say you could not complete the booking . Leaving a woman just standing there !!! Disgusting!!!”

I ordered a taxi a week in advance for a wedding event, and I was happy to pay over the odds for the 17-minute journey. I literally chased them a minute after the taxi was due to arrive, only to be told that they had cancelled the taxi. No apology, no reason why, just a clear - "We don't give a flying fig about our customers". WTAF sort of customer service is that?
I would not have minded if I had been in a large city, but I was in a smallish town where the taxis were pre-booked for a large wedding (and of course it was a bank holiday weekend). The booking was for a return trip, and to be fair, the situation ruined my day.
I would give zero stars to this bunch of muppets, but sadly, I have to select at least one to post the review.
As well as having to chase to get the diabolically ignorant cancellation message, I did not receive a cancellation email until 9:35 pm, some 10 hours after the initial scheduled collection time from my hotel.

“Booked and paid for taxi from concert well in advance. Became concerned a few days prior to it when our booking was still showing as being processed. Taxicode assured us we would get our taxi but cancelled on the day, with no explanation , leaving us stranded. I wouldn't use them again”
“Don’t bother. Book the cab through a local firm yourself. They took my money for a booking a month in advance then left it to the day before the journey to make the booking with the cab firm, meaning my preferred times were completely unavailable. No money back once the booking has been made apparently so I’m £60 down and we missed half our concert!”

“Was desperate for a taxi - Google search brought up this - amazing I thought! Put in the details chose a taxi company and paid through Klarna (pay in 3) - was “Awaiting a driver” for about 30 mins - it was taking too long so I cancelled. Managed to get a taxi from a local company instead. The next day the Klarna payment came out. £47 for absolutely NOTHING - emailed quoting consumer rights act 2015 - 7 days later - email response - no refund as per terms and conditions I agreed to when making the booking. Disgusting. Now reading all the other reviews I feel so stupid…”
“The first night was great, altho we realised pretty early on that we'd overpaid. The second night we received a cancellation from the driver so we had to pay for another taxi even tho we'd pre paid stupid amount for a taxi. Apparently we'll get a refund, so fingers crossed!”
