“Luckily I tried Tea Gardens Kombucha for the first time while I was staying with my sister in Brisbane and I loved it. Unfortunately for me I picked the wrong time to order my own supply. The delivery has yet to arrive. The order was placed on 13/8 and we are now at 24/8 and thanks to the virus it seems to be held up trying to get through Victoria into South Australia oh well I'm sure I'll enjoy it when it gets here. “I LOVE YOUR APPLE POMEGRANATE KOMBUCHA. It’s like liquid medicine. I really only drink water or kombucha all day long. “When i placed my order online for the mixed carton, i mistakenly ordered the hemp instead of the normal Kombucha. I called your office on the first working day after the order was placed and spoke to a lady who answered the phone. Unfortunately I did not get her name but her service was over and above the normal service that you receive from people on line. She went out to the warehouse and corrected the order, suggested that if i increased my order slightly then it would be cheaper per bottle, which I did. She then cancelled my original purchase and re invoiced me at the new rate, . While all this was going on she remained helpful, polite and friendly, This woman is a definite asset to your business, and the product is pretty good too
