“This company is questionable. Expect multiple shipments for a single order and the nightmare of order reconciliation. If ordering a few items ONLY, your experience may be pleasurable. Overall quality of goods for the price is good. Customer service leaves much to be desired.
Don't expect to "win" any items. Everyone gets the same results. Checkout is timed (if you have discounts). During the 10 minute purchase windows expect 6 mins of pop ups. It's awful”
“My bank card was frauded today that I use for Temu. The transactions were in Hong Kong. I live in Canada. Things started getting weird when I submitted a refund for items that hadn’t been sent. I’ve been getting multiple emails a day from Temu to “accept a credit back” or “we apologize for the delay of your items, please accept a credit”. Sketchy company. I read all this before I signed but and tested my luck. Clearly, I was fooled…”
“Was so upset. 2 times my package were not delivered . Even had there delivery person stole my package. Take pictures saying they delivered and was caught on camera. Jacket red black and white . With the word malicious print. My ring phone announces my package was here went out side and nothing took a picture by my jeep and by the light to say it was deliverd . When going out to get the delivery person took it the next door saw it . So I called may times still waiting on my money back or package. We work for our money. I will not order again. “Edit review to -50. Awful app. All these credits, points over and over and no direction how to use them. Tried to look at shoes and placed one in basket so I could easily find it the next day (no search bar on app). Bring up the basket and it automatically processed the order. Cancelled immediately and 3 days later the cc I used was making fraudulent charges to LivMova. Not only scammers but thieves. Awful, awful company. Watch out.”

All my info of prior orders, Credit ballance was gone. I also noticed the 10.00 minimum order is now 20.00
Tried to get help from customer service, they just told me to try another account which I did before contacting them. I suggested they could just verify it is me by checking my name, address where past items were sent because I dont want to give my cell number.. . But they just said the same thing. I now un-installed the app and will not use them ever again. They got my money, and the credit I had left but in the long run, they loose because they list a paying customer. Also, I feel they sell your information because ever since I started using temu, I started getting emails from all kinds of businesses.
I'm done with temu, it a shame too because some of the items were fair price and I was happy with those purchases.”
“Lured by pretty great prices, I signed up. Everything seemed fine upon checkout, and I received order confirmation emails. Shortly after that, I got emails - one for each order - asking me to verify that I own the credit card used. I guess that's being very cautious, although in over 25 years of online purchases, have NEVER had to verify that I own the card I entered. They wanted a photo, with a few things blocked out, and although a bit suspicious, I sent them the requested image, twice (one for each order.) Then they asked for a copy of my billing statement showing the last 4 numbers on the account! Something is VERY wrong there. Either they don't know how to conduct business and verify an account even with a photo of the card itself... or there's potential fraud. I cancelled my brand new account and will NEVER visit them again.”

“I order the door Christmas covers that have elastic on the fabric. They sent me a Christmas door cover with a string to attach on the corners to hang the door cover. They mislead buyers to purchase it. It's a FAKE advertising.”

“I placed orders for almost $200 and only received one shipment for around $20. I had to pay $1 to talk to someone from Customer Service. I’ve tried texting, calling, multiple times to no avail of speaking to a real person. All they have to do is see if items were returned. I didn’t receive anything so I can’t answer many of the questions below!”
“If you could give a minus 10 I would. First of all I was overcharged after winning spin the wheel twice at 100 percent free both times. Then they send every little item in a different packet so you have to pay shipping on each item. The "free" spin wheel is deceptive. You get coupons that are good on your next purchase. Of course they don't tell you that up front. I was over charged 150 dollars. Had to chat with three different people and they kept giving me the runaround and refused to reimburse me. They can keep their damn free coupons. This site has been shutdown in Vietnam and hopefully the US will shut them down too. They are crooked and could care less about ripping you off.”
