“I clicked one star, because I don't have 0 start option. This company is a fraud. I placed an order last night, but they don't want you to pay unless you click and check marks saying that your agree with all their terms. I never marked the check marks, but I did played. But they don't send me the receipt of my payment if I don't click the information they want you to be agree with. Nobody has time to read a lot of pages just to buy some cloths. And even if it is a paragraph, I don't like to click information that I don't think I need it just to buy something. “Horrible this year again. I don’t why I used Temu again. Against my gut I shoulda listened to my gut. EVERYTHING IS LATE!! The delivery date keeps changing and gives a huuuge ratio of time in between. 1st Dec 12-Dec21st then an order delay making it Dec22-Dec26th then Dec27-Jan12th when I ordered a lot in Nov there are items that are just now being processed and packed from Temu warehouse over seas. Seems once I did a price adjustment those dates changed even tho it says it doesn’t affect the date CLEARLY THATS FALSE. Our tree will have 5 things under it. Oh Temu track says some items delivered today Dec24 at end of the day it’s 8:45pm Eastern standard time..the Couriers site has a completely different date which is after Dec25th now. Of course I don’t receive the $5 credit for late delivery since it’s a wide given time of dates.TEMU COULD Have AND SHOULD Have DONE BETTER WITH DELIVERY. Yes the delivery companies are right along with TEMU and better more realistic updates should of been made. I WILL NEVER USE TEMU AGAIN.THOUGHT SINCE I WASNT USING AMAZON THIS YEAR TEMU WOULD BE BETTER BUT NOPE 👎👎🤥 some over 7days to almost over a month it’s been/going to be. “They only got one star because I couldn't leave zero Stars they are the absolute worst they have ruined my Christmas they ruined the Christmas for my grandchildren and my daughter they have just ruined down your every single order that I've gotten from them maybe the first two or three orders I got was okay but after that no they weren't canceling my orders after making me verify them over 16 times not wanting to refund my money right now for four orders that they sent through UPS to the wrong address when they always deliver to my post office but UPS does not deliver the post offices you would think is a company they would know this all the orders they've canceled with out any good reason is just been extremely stressful then I find out I have cancer doctor didn't tell me nothing and all they can do is just keep putting me through hell I'm tired of it and I will never order from this company again they can all go to hell”
