1- for there packaging 1 star only they put everything in a plastic bag and lucky if your items are not damage
2- they have clearly indicated if the item is damage or missing or late they will refund or give u 5 $ credit, but is all misleading , i order T-Track and they suppose to be 2 pieces but only one came and i went to there site and put the concern of missing one but no answer or email .
3- Pls read the discription of the product twice and dont be fooled by the picture as all their product pictures are misleading.
4- u will be getting notification from them that u will get 100% discount but when u choose ur item u have to pay full price.
5- i can not tell u where to buy or not but I do recommend Princes Auto they are a Canadian company with a lot of things that we need.
6- I f u want to buy from Temu u need all the Luck

I returned to purchase in this platform, after I decided some time ago not to do so, because of the very poor local delivery service that lacks any regard for customers. Not once did they deliver the package arrived from Temo to the local store I chose to collect the package when ordering. It seems that the delivery company gave Temo a cheap price quote in exchange for convenient delivery, meaning to distribute the packages to suitable collection points for them without any consideration for the customer. The delivery company does not do the same with other sellers. I know that I have packages from other sellers that are usually sent to the point I chose when ordering. This means they are only interested in selling.
From their perspective, proper customer service does not exist. It is not worth the effort. It is tiring and causes mental anguish. Better to stay away.”
“They offer all this cheap and junky stuff for free but prices are much higher than any site. They jack up the price then have you believe your getting a deal on a product that they discount, but the prices are so much higher so when you get the discount you still pay more than Walmart.com, Amazon.com and eBay.com. Temu is like dealing with a sheister of a drug dealer. They always say they got great deal but there prices are higher than anywhere else. Nothing is free on Temu either. They tell you something is free then you got a 20 dollar minimum in the cart. I swear I’m dealing with some crack dealer trying to hustle me. “I hope and actual person responds to this. Because your Customer Service Chat is horrible. I ordered a 12 pack of Paper towels for $23. PO-211- 18318903560234075. FEDEX 282140008025 shows it was delivered to an address in 60628. If you look at my address on file that is not my zipcode. Nor the zipcode of the shipping address. Even the photo FedEx has as proof is not my house. I don't have a porch with railings. I provided a picture my home also to show that it doesn't match. FedEx won't take a claim because TEMU restricted them. Customer service has opened and closed several tickets denying it. They are basically saying I am lying about receiving a $23 package of paper towels. I have ordered over 300 items from you and have never had an issue. I don't know what more proof you need. I have a ring camera doorbell that shows absolutely no one delivering anything. FEDEX website shows the wrong delivered zipcode and wrong front door. This is such a simple fix with minimal research needed. But they refused to see the evidence that FEDEX provided. I feel it is totally unacceptable for a company as big as yours to not have the access nor people capable of reading and understanding information that the shipping company provided as proof I didn't receive it. This type of run around is not worth the headache. I have a couple of items being shipped. Once I get my last item I will remove this app and never purchase again from Temu again. I refuse to spend money with a company that repeatedly implies I am a thief and a liar. I did not receive this package but I will never waste my energy trying to prove I didn't when I provided all the proof you needed.”
