“Temu is a not very good on their word. They offer you coupons, but then turn around and charge you. Be careful using Temu.
And, when use the chat feature, it says the same thing over, and over, and over again. How frustrating.”
“Absolute cheap quality. Do not use this organisation, waste of time and money. I am so angry and disappointed with everything I have purchased the pictures look fantastic and then you wait a week to receive the product and when you get them and they look cheap. Then you try to contact a seller, which you cannot contact them then you try to contact Temu and you have to speak to a robot. I’ve had bad experience. I’m really annoyed.”
“As many others have said Temu has very deceptive promotional gimmicks. I tried chatting with them about this, but I think they did their best to try and confuse me more. Needless to say they did not come through on the promotional items even after purchasing the additional items required.
Once I get items purchased, my wife and I will both be canceling accounts.

“They are a joke!! I was constantly getting ads telling me to click the ad for a free tablet.....eventually I clicked on it. I had to order around £18 worth of goods to get my "free" tablet. Having spent this money I still DID NOT receive my free tablet!!! What a con!!”
“I placed an order with TEMU, which paid in advance. I did not received the package due to their inconsistency/responsibility. TEMU refuse refund.
I ordered a few items with TEMU on the 4th August and ofcourse paid in advance through my prepaid card. Estimated delivery time was 14th-21st August 2025. The parcel never arrived. Until today I kept receiving false information and reassurances from TEMU with various excuses. My investigation revealed that they cooperate with a scammer and fraudulent logistics agent in Chalkida-Greece, who is unable to deliver further beyond. I reported this fact to TEMU but they did not take me seriously and kept insisting on their policy and their delivery schedule. Eventually on the 24th of August they e-mailed me saying that I shall not receive my parcel. Later on the same day they e-mailed me again saying that they have initiated a return of the parcel to China. I asked for an immediate refund. They are stabornly refuse to refund my money before the parcel arrives safe back to China. I placed an order which paid in advance. I did not received the package. I do not receive a refund”
“Temu is joke. They tell you here are your free gifts but you have to make a purchase after making your purchase you never receive the free gifts and they make you pay for more purchases on top of more purchase while never getting your credits or anything free even credits. Its a scam tactic. Dont believe it or trust it.”

“Delivery contractor tracking no good ,tracking stopped when deliver company picked up from customs no update for 4days no one answers calls or emails at courier very disappointing ,as for temu they don't want to deal with it all I got was robotic answers to the complaint ,I really don't need there 5€ compensation ,my contract is with the company that took my cash ,not the courier with whom you can't get in toch with ,nightmare this is the second time I have been let down with temu and delivery contractors robotic”
“Multiple times will lure you from big discounts and let you picked 3 items after you purchase regular price products. The discounted items I picked never arrived. Tried to go back in my orders , but weren't there. And it happened again, same thing happened. Just very disappointed.”

“TEMU used to be a great and fair company. So this is how it goes. You have to purchase a minimum of $25. But as you load your cart a pop up says you only have an x amount of items that are shipped from outside warehouses (whatever that means) But the catch is, you never seem to find items that will meet the minimum because somehow they are not shipped from a certain place. I had several items in my cart but only one qualified so they said I had put more items in and on and on it circles. It has turned into a greedy fraudulent company”
“In Costa Rica Temu promises delivery to the customers address, but very often customers need to pick up the shipment at one of their distribution centers. Besides, articles are often of poor quality and damaged during transport.”
“Sorry cannot not give a ZERO. I received a charge to my credit card. Then received an item I did not order. Spent over 2 hours on phone trying to resolve the issue. No result except "we are looking into it" I called my credit card company, explained problem and got reimbursed. As to the item, told them it was in Florida and they could come get it anytime. 30 days and it goes to Salvation Army. Should have been a simple solution.”
“Temu is a horrible crummy site. Their nothi g but liars and scammers. Their discount codes are a joke, they change prices on you, your product is copywriter, fake, cheap knockoff.
