“Took 22 days to find out order could not be fulfilled even there was tracking progress.
I am over Temu. I have been a fan of Temu for sometime now. Unfortunately I am no longer a fan. I am going to delete the Temu app today. Some of the reasons are - increased minimums, delivery up to 20 days because of something called pre-ordered items and local warehouse, damaged items due to poor packaging. Also, you never know the quality that you’ll be getting and poor sizing. All I would like to do is pick an item pay for shipping and get delivery within five days. This is not possible with Temu. Also, I can’t speak with a live representative only AI. I’m going back to using eBay and Amazon.”
“You can add false descriptions to the list of complaints. Item was described as DYI paint by number with number guide. Item was actually a colored poster . My money was refunded but I would prefer a replacement, real paint by numbers without paying for shipping.”
“Item was posted and then I was advised that it would take at least 10 days to deliver. No clear way to obtain a reason for this or to have this corrected.

“I keep being charged for products I don't receive. I sometimes get double orders and double pay. And good luck trying to get some help....I did get a phone number but no one answers. I tried talking to someone online but then I was charged sixty dollars for a membership to something, I have no idea what it was. The products that they sell are mostly good quality but it's not worth the aggravation and expense.”

“Temu showed my patio umbrella delivered by FedEx. FedEx delivered to the wrong address, Temu won't do anything because it shows delivered. I sent them pictures of my house and the house where it was delivered. They still say it was delivered. Don't use Temu”
“Have been conned by this lotseveral times, the prices are cheap for a reason, the goods are nothing more than FACTORY REJECTS/SECONDS that could not be sold in real outlets. Sizes are all over the place, electronics dont work and most items arrive with pieces missing. I ordered a chainsaw that i paid €139 for and it never arrived, that was a year ago and they will not refund me, i also paid for a night vision that arrived with 2 pieces missing, same story they would not take a return or refund. Just check out reviews on Trustpilot and others.

“I have used Temo for about a year now. As of lately I have received substandard or wrong merchandise, merchandise that is not even remotely as the shown item.
Another issue are the delivery services that are used beside USPS, UPS. or FedEx. Merchandise is not delivered to the right address, not at all, or left somewhere and not to be found.
These companies have no customer service reps but bots/AI instead.
While Temo will offer refunds or additional discounts the overall shopping experience has taken a toll for the worst. I no longer use their site.”

“Ordered hitbox welder off temu and never received. contacted temu and was told to contact DPD UK, DPD told me to contact E-target they told me to contact temu.
so contacted them again. they said contact hitbox the retailer that sold the welder so did that and guess what they told me to contact DPD so I've come full circle. £250 down and no welder. once they have your money they just don't care. I'm writing this review because I don't want anybody else to fall victim.”
“If I could leave A 00 rating I would. All 8 items I purchased have not been received over 2 months now. They are quick to debit your account. So I basically got ripped off. They act like they will help but don’t do anything to help. Never use Temu I will get ripped off. I should have listened to all the bad reviews….”

Customer "support" is robotic, almost patronizing and email support is even worse and responds with autonomic, bot and scripted responses with vague verbiage and no solutions.
Misleading promos and insane amount of marketing emails sent to customers that are misleading and include statementsthat are downright incorrect.
I will never use this site again and if could give negative stars I would.”
