“I use to love temu I used them a lot but now never again. App is being removed. And money being removed from my bank because of their scams. Rip temu”
“Temu is one of the worst apps I’ve ordered from, they’ve gone downhill so fast, I used to get my items with in a week now it takes a month if not longer absolutely dissapointed some of the products I’ve receive, most of them didn’t even work, pretty much use the site for stickers anymore, after I get my last few stickers I will never be using this site again.”

If you’re unlucky, you might end up wasting your time waiting for an order that gets delivered incorrectly. And what’s their solution? Either they re-ship the item or refund your money. But what about your time? How do they compensate for the days or even weeks you lost waiting? They don’t. It’s frustrating and disappointing to see how little they value their customers’ time. I personally will not be shopping with them anymore, and I strongly recommend others not to either.”

Instead of using USPS they used some cheap Asian courier company I’ve never heard of. I will never buy from them again”

“Back in April starting after the 16th of April I was charged 5 times for items I did not order. I took them all to UPS to ship back and I have not received my refunds for unauthorized charges. I have disputed this. Fraudulent.

“Temu is a big dumpster. When you want to find something specific, it gives you so many options that you can scroll until you pass out. And you are so stressed that if for example your internet stops, you will never be able again to restore your progress on your searching. Temu is exhausting.”

“Poor customer service. Items they claim are shipped are not. The items lately since it's been now local are even more do cheep with a higher price tag. I have credit with them and it's been a nightmare to get my things that are ordered. Once I ask for things not to ship because they do not send them all of a sudden they create a shipment but they do not ship it. I ask the customer service representative but they will not give me a clear answer. I'm done with temu and glad I got out of this mess with them not owing me much money. It's not worth the hastle.”

“They will not give your money back when you return things by saying “items are missing”. And then they open a ticket and keep sending same msgs to wait for 2-3 days again and again without actually doing anything.
Then i called after 30 days and then they opened another ticket and still nothing. Horrible looting ….”
