“recently participated in a promotion where I selected three items for $0.01 each, with the condition of making a $35 purchase. After completing my order, I noticed that my final receipt and cart only included the items I purchased for the $35 requirement, but not the three promotional items.
I am concerned because the promotional items I selected seem to be missing from my order, which feels misleading and unfair. Could you please clarify what happened and how this situation will be resolved?”
“I hate polyester materials. Most of their socks and clothings are made of polyester, and if you check the price, more expensive than local stores. I feel its not worth the money. So I have really find something worth buying.”

“They are selling into the UK, mains electricity products with no fuse in them. The mains plug on these products do not conform to British standards in law. The lack of a fuse is creating a fire hazard as the cable becomes the fuse! A fuse is required because British houses have a ring main configuration!
Despite highlighting the problem to TEMU multiple times, they insist on ignoring the issue and are happy to let their products BURN British houses to the GROUND.”
“After ordering a few times we have decided not to use Temu ever again, products are very cheaply made, and the performance is not as good as it’s supposed to be, some products are delivered damaged and it’s not from shipping, it’s from manufacturing or the warehouse, but basically we gave up because we couldn’t trust that what we were buying wasn’t a piece of junk, the free gifts are all cheap junk to hook you into buying more, don’t fall for it like we did, bought a mini projector for my cell phone and the image is absolute garbage, I don’t even use it, bought a shower curtain and the stitching on the folded edges is defective in a few places, bought a shower head with a hand held piece and the connector came all gouged up as if it had been cut with a hacksaw, anyway that’s what we have to say, be warned.”

That’s not a real deal—it’s just a trap to get you to spend more money. The offer is totally misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch. Be careful and read all the fine print before trusting their promotions.”
“I had purchased several products from Temu without any issues until a few weeks ago when a shipment arrived missing over half of my order. The shipping box was clearly marked with the quantity and weight. I informed Temu that my order was missing items and sent pictures for verification. However, they refused to issue a refund or send the remaining items that I had paid for.
Everything was fine until it wasn't. Temu is a rip-off, plain and simple!

The order was for a 230 lb weight set that was supposed to consist of eight pieces:
- (2) 45 lb plates
- (2) 35 lb plates
- (2) 25 lb plates
- (2) 10 lb plates
What I actually received was a box labeled with a quantity of 6 pieces and a net weight of 45 kg (100 lbs):
- (2) 25 lb plates
- (2) 15 lb plates
- (2) 10 lb plates”
