“Unfortunately couldn't give 0 stars a complete scam, you have to buy the prizes you've won and then when you buy them you can only use them on certain items for example 160$ off is what is claimed but it's 160$ off on things over X amount like 500$ and when your trying to use it for something you acually need you can't because they don't allow it, one of th3 biggest scams I've seen. I made out with my purchases being very smart and strategic before they could get me I spend around 170$on items I already needed that would have costed me more like 300 but with this I noticed the scams and called it while I was ahead. DONT USE you can find the same items cheaper. 0/5 overall app 0/5 customer service 0/5 for any type of satisfaction with the "app"”

“We ordered a reclining couch that was shipped in the pieces. They all connect together. Seemed a half way decent couch. We've only had it a month and one of the arms has broken on the side. Some kind of wood has broken in half. We are an elderly couple and are not rough on furniture at all. We complained about it and they want us to ship the whole couch back to them at our expense. It would cost us about as much as the cost of the couch to ship it back and they won't refund the shipping cost. We paid over 500 dollars for nothing. Absolutely Do not buy furniture from Temu.
