“Cheap, poorly made sometimes I didn't even get what I ordered. When you try to contact customer support they want you to pay for the return label and shipping. they want you to cover the packaging and it's a lot of back and forth with no accountability.
I'm a military veteran just trying to buy whatever and enjoy the rest of my life and they've made it very complicated with their website in the way it's set up. it's aggravating, advertisements are popping up every time you want to look at something. I accidentally hit two or three buttons at a time because the advertisements are so much, it's over kill. The quality of the merchandise that's a big issue.”
“Refused to refund the $160 I spent on an item I returned well over 3 weeks ago. Keep telling me I did not return it though they sent me the tracking info. and clearly shows date and time stamp. Will not order from this company again and advise all against doing so! “Ordered 2 things got a few for free. The microscope is definitely fragile but it works. Well enough for little kids to learn. The item I paid for a shower head which broken in half when installing. Due to low quality material. Everything feels and looks like gumball machine quality. Nothing lie the pictures. I will be removing the temu app now.”
