“Please don't order anythings in TEMU, its fake. Even my friends experienced the same. After placing order , they ask us to pay customs duty . After paying customs duty they say it will be delivered. Then we receive message as cannot be delivered. We miss you, I stay in the locality where no one can miss my address. Also i didn't recieved any calls. Now they say i need to submit request for the items. TEMU is FRAUD , FAKE . Dont fall into trap like us”

“Temu should be shut down. The constant false advertising and misleading of customers is criminal. I purchased alot of items through Temu, but the more I got, the more issues I had. I purchased an rc car that literally worked 1 time. I attempted to return it due to it being defective and they want me to pay 7.99 to return it. I attempted several times to speak to someone in customer service and was basically told over and over there was nothing they can do. I then asked if I could have the customer service number to speak to someone and was told that the hotline was unavailable. DON'T GIVE TEMU YOUR MONEY. “I got caught up in all the offers of discounts and free items. I ended up spending about $49 and got nothing but junk. I did get a small flashlight, a child’s puzzle and a pepper grinder, which I haven’t been able to figure out. I get daily emails with a spinning wheel and I don’t know how to stop them. I am not interested in buying anything more from this company. I want the emails to stop.”
“Too many gimmack advertisments when one goes to use the app.
When an item arrives, if it is the wrong size, there seems to be no way to review the order to see what size I ordered.
When I tried to address the issue, all I get is their bot which of course does nothing but waste time. I have bought some things I liked. I have bought some things I threw in the trash.
All in all, Amazon is a much less time wasting experience, and a more satisfactory system.”
“Order a wig and when I got it the lace had been cut already and when I sent back seller said I sent wrong wig so seller denied my claim. So temu said they would give me a parcel payment and they gave me 3 dollars and something out of 70”

They lure customers in with promises of numerous coupons and offers, but once you try to use them, you’re bombarded with endless conditions and restrictions. It’s incredibly time-consuming and frustrating to navigate through all the fine print, only to realize that the promotions aren’t as good as they seem. Instead of wasting customers’ time with deceptive marketing tactics, they should focus on providing quality products at reasonable prices. That would go a long way in building trust and a loyal customer base. As it stands, it feels like a complete waste of time.”
“I haven’t ordered any products due to the outrageous number of complaints. People need to contact the Better Business Bureau which is a government website and make their complaints, and eventually the BBB will step in for them to live up to their advertisements or stop.”
“Missing and extremely delayed deliveries in recent times. I placed an order and the status was "out for delivery" for an extended amount of time past the stated delivery date range. I contacted TEMU and was told to contact the courier directly.. When I contacted the courier, I received an automated message and then was told to contact TEMU. This is causing me to run in circles and I'm no longer at the address due to their extremely delayed service. I requested a refund ASAP and have yet to hear back. I am holding off on any future deliveries until this situation is resolved which is unfortunate as this is time sensitive!”
“When I first started ordering from Temu the items were of good quality. It seems that the more I order the lesser the quality. Clothes are cheaply made. Ordered a sweater, didn't wear it until a month when weather got colder and the entire sleeve was torn. No return because I hadn't noticed in the return time. Items are smaller than usual. I believe I'll stop ordering.”
