“I have still not received the items I ordered. First I received an email saying my package of items were delivered even though they were not. (We live in a condo and were home all day. No one called our building's call box for access to our building, no one knocked at our door and no one left a package, or can be seen on security video. Temu now keeps sending messages saying that my package needs to be picked up at a "Pickup Location", but gives no name or address for such a location, despite my repeated requests for one. There is no live person I can talk to anywhere. All their "live chats" are AI generated so have been nothing but frustrating and give no answers.”
