“I made a purchase in one of Temu credit back events, my account at Temu shows my ClaimCredit is $11.10, which need to claim every day for 7 days, and I did, but by 2nd day, the claim screen disappeared, so I was unable to claim this credit.
I contact Temu the day when ClaimCredit screen disappeared, the agents at Temu gave me some useless suggestions to access the ClaimCredit, did NOT work. Then they waited until my 7 days of claim credit expired, then tells me "your claim credit" is Not available due to claim credit time expired.
This happened to me twice. Others on google have expressed same issue.
Temu's lack response to their promise on these events, makes you wonder if these events are even REAL.
There may be a bug in their system for these events, but Temu agents do NOT solve problems, just give you textbook answers and wait until time expires.

“I ordered 5 items that came to a total of $57.67. The breakdown showed that the items were originally $462.00 and I got a discount which brought them down to $93.93. I also had credit of $36.26. Which then brings my total to what it is anyway. My credit has been applied to an amount that is almost double what the items cost. How is this even legal in Australia. This is literally a scam. And it’s cheap sh*t from China. I’m sorry but I’m boycotting your company.”

From $10 per purchase they increased it to $15, then to $20 and now, if your order includes multiple items, you can only return one. “I ordered $21.46 worth of merchandise on Oct. 9. The money was deducted on Oct. 9. Been a month and 10 days! My merchandise has not arrived, but they've taken my money. Temu says my pkg. is in transit, but UPS says they haven't received the pkg. yet under that tracking number. Temu was rude when I asked about my order. Seemed like they were talking down to me, sending messages like, "Please be patient, it is being sent." But my tracking # tracked through UPS says they haven't received the package yet. I sensed fraud, so I submitted a case to Paypal. Now Temu is threatening it will take longer to get my money back since I created a case. Then, Temu asked me to remove the case, wait til I receive my items to do a refund, then send the items back to them for a refund. I REALLY DON'T WANT A REFUND! I WANT MY ITEMS I ORDERED A MONTH & 10 DAYS AGO!!! I was just requesting a refund because I didn't receive the items! I wrote them a message back saying, "When/ or if I get my items, I'll remove/close the case!" Paypal says you cannot reopen a case once you've closed it! Yeah, so Temu was being sneaky, trying to get me to close the case! Nov. 26, Paypal will make a decision on the case....and I will be closing my Temu acct....all for an order of $21.46.”
