“Title: Fraudulent Claims and Horrible Service
I had a terrible experience with Temu. I purchased a 10x10 pop-up canopy tent and never opened or unboxed it because I decided I didn’t need it. I returned the item exactly as it was sent to me—completely untouched and unopened.
However, Temu only gave me a partial refund, claiming the item was “damaged” and “missing pieces.” How could that even be possible when it was never opened?! They are refusing to refund me fully and are essentially blaming me for their own false claims.
Their customer service is atrocious. No help, no accountability, and no respect for their customers. I will never shop with them again and urge others to avoid this shady company. Save your money and shop elsewhere!”
“Worst service ever seen in my life. They are fake in Oman they are not responsible towards their customers. I have ordered for 24 omr and waiting for 2 weeks the day it was supposed to deliver the app got updated the tracking that I haven’t answered the call . How will I answer a call which I didn’t receive? If the delivery cannot deliver to the said place why they are accepting or giving authority to such parcel companies? The worst app service seen in my entire life . They are just making us fools .. zero worth zero responsibility value less app. I even have called the Temu customer care and they want me to contact parcel company to see what happened with my package. Here I have another doubt, whose customer I’m ? The Temu or the parcel company?”
“I purchased two items from this TEMU app and they charged me twice. The keep saying it is the banks issue for the refund but it's not the bank. The bank didn't take my money TEMU did and will not give me my money back....Their customer service is automated and is really bad.”

“After two hours of wearing my rings, I noticed that the skin near the rings had dried out and turned green. When I saw the inside of the ring, instead of "Live, laugh, love" is said "help, I am 4". All I wanted was a nice ring, and now I lost three of my fingers. Also, I think I got a tick and now I can't stop saying "My precious." Luckily, I still have my middle finger to flip people off. Instead of a refund, I would like whatever child laborer made the ring to come here so I can make sure they inscribe the right words.”
“I ordered this shiesty mask to keep myself hidden from the opps. Not only did they recognize me THEY JUMPED ME. I had my son with me as well. He also had a shiesty mask on and the opps THREW HIM IN A DUMPSTER. This mask doesn't do a good job at keeping me discrete while the opps are around. I WANT A REFUND AND A BETTER MASK FOR ME AND MY SON!!!!!!!!”
“Constantly sending me promotions for free things and then I need you to do something first and then when you do that they need to do something else and then something else and then something else and then something else they never gave you anything free this time I logged on knowing that, but I wanted to find something cheap Said they made me spin a wheel 35 times to give me a $200 coupon which I know is no good so I didn’t even get to the 36th spin I gave up. I just close the side and decided I’ll look somewhere else for it. Ask once or twice for God sakes. Don’t ask constantly and give you no other option.”
“Slow delivery, suck you in with games you can't win unless you buy. The items have been good, if you can get them delivered. I selected a few free items but have never received them.”

“I made a purchase in one of Temu credit back events, my account at Temu shows my ClaimCredit is $11.10, which need to claim every day for 7 days, and I did, but by 2nd day, the claim screen disappeared, so I was unable to claim this credit.
I contact Temu the day when ClaimCredit screen disappeared, the agents at Temu gave me some useless suggestions to access the ClaimCredit, did NOT work. Then they waited until my 7 days of claim credit expired, then tells me "your claim credit" is Not available due to claim credit time expired.
This happened to me twice. Others on google have expressed same issue.
Temu's lack response to their promise on these events, makes you wonder if these events are even REAL.
There may be a bug in their system for these events, but Temu agents do NOT solve problems, just give you textbook answers and wait until time expires.
I used to buy them every week. I will NOT buy them again due to horrible service and NOT trust company”
“I ordered 5 items that came to a total of $57.67. The breakdown showed that the items were originally $462.00 and I got a discount which brought them down to $93.93. I also had credit of $36.26. Which then brings my total to what it is anyway. My credit has been applied to an amount that is almost double what the items cost. How is this even legal in Australia. This is literally a scam. And it’s cheap sh*t from China. I’m sorry but I’m boycotting your company.”

“I have been satisfied so far with the purchases, but I have noticed that they have slowly changed the conditions. From $10 per purchase they increased it to $15, then to $20 and now, if your order includes multiple items, you can only return one. Shopping on Temu is done online so you can't try anything on, the quality of the products is questionable and you don't know what you are buying. If they are not suitable and the company only accept one returned product, what should I do with the others? I will probably slow down with shopping at Temu!”
