“The delivery was a nightmare. Phoning, emailing, whtsapping, s.m.s.ing and speaking to the Buffalo delivery man was all a waste of time. I will never buy from Temu again.
When there is a problem there is no one to talk to. Disgusting service. I have uninstalled the Temu app from my devices and will share my experience whenever I can.”

“I started using Temu, everything looked fine and I was receiving my orders until I bought two solar panels and two solar generators, with rechargeable batteries, only two packages arrived, with one generator and one solar panel, the other items did not. I made a claim for $160 but it was denied. Very frustrated with this service because these items were for a donation. I erased their app and I am not buying anymore from them anymore.”
“I’ve found the products good value, especially the wooden toys, hair accessories, cushions, etc. The standard delivery is always prompt. I’m not a fan of the discount wheel that feels like gambling and I don’t like making decisions in a rush. However I’m writing this review because post office in Australia only gave me 1 of 2 packages of one of my orders & returned other one to Temu. Even though this isn’t the company’s fault, they still offered me a voucher & refunded the money into my account without me even asking. This is businesses authenticity. Temu is our go-to for absolutely everything that’s become so overpriced here! Thank you Temu.”

I spent over half an hour with a Temu agent on the phone to try and straighten out what I get for free and how to get it. Not even your agent could figure out your convoluted confusing and difficult system. It’s all made to bamboozle people and confuse them. What a disgusting site I’m done with it.”
“I have been purchasing items from Temu for a while, but I’ve noticed some issues with the discount and free gift offers. Whenever I receive a 90% or 80% discount, the price either stays the same as before or the item disappears. The free gift offers also feel misleading because there’s no option to choose what you actually want. Instead, you’re required to purchase a lot of additional products to qualify. There’s no real option to select specific items, which is disappointing”
“I had heard that Temu was hit and miss. I was cautious and held off any purchases until recently when I bought garden sequetars, electric tooth brush heads and a dress.
The dress was what caught my attention. It looked like it was made of a soft flowing fabric (perhaps a jersey) and that it would hang nicely. When I added it to the cart I chose large because it said “Asian sizing”. The many asian women I know and have as friends are small so I thought my size choice was good.
My package arrived today. I’m happy with the sequetars and the electric toothbrushes BUT the dress was a huge disappointment. It is made of very poor cotton fabric which didn’t hang well when I tried it on and the size is an extra, extra large. It has gone into clothes recycling. I won’t be buying clothes from Temu again and I’m unlikely to buy any of their other products. My $500 plus in free vouchers was a joke.”
“RIDICULOUSLY slow shipping and horrid customer service. I often shop SHEIN and do NOT have issues with my packages taking so long to arrive. ALSO, Temu inundates customers with emails. Good grief……enough is ENOUGH!! Why would I want to keep giving you money when you can’t even get a single order delivered within a MONTH?!”
“Ordered framed wall art and received unframed wall art. Agreed to keep for partial refund. Difference in cost of framed vs unframed is about $40. They gave me a $15.99 refund! Unable to change to $40 so they want me to return the item and pay shipping.
Bad company, bad customer service.”
