“I was having trouble getting my tent because of inventory being held up however I contacted customer services and they were able to offer me a quick solution and resolved the problem. I received the stingray 3.0 tent two days later and was happy with the product overall. Thank you Ryan Townsend for your help!”

“Ma tente est une 2 places. Impossible de coucher à une personne au centre à cause de la courroie centrale qui demeure tendue. Il faut coucher sur un coté et l'attache à l'arbre, de l'autre coté, doit être 1 pi plus bas pour pas recevoir tout le matériel lorsque couché. La publicité est trompeuse sur ce point ou du moins très ambiguë.”

Thank you for the review and yes indeed you can't sleep on the strap in the middle of the 2 person tent as it would be uncomfortable, The strap separates the 2 sleeping areas. Merci pour l'avis et oui effectivement vous ne pouvez pas dormir sur la sangle au milieu de la tente 2 personnes car ce serait inconfortable, La sangle sépare les 2 zones de couchage.

“Love my Stingray! Had to purchase some shorter straps to accommodate a shorter tree width than recommended, but it fits perfectly in the tree stand next to the creek that runs through my backyard. Perfect spot for an afternoon nap and to pretend to live in an Ewok Village!”

“Mostly a very positive experience. Sleeping is very comfortable once you get it set up correctly. It is so customizable that it takes a while to get set up correctly, so it's important to practice before your trip. This is also a positive though as it allows for setting up in a wide variety of situations. Quality is very sturdy and well-built. My only real complaint is that the rainfly wasn't fully assembled, with the ropes separate and unattached. It feels almost too customizable and it would be nice to reduce the number of knots required to set it up the first time.”

“I Love my Tentsile! It takes a little practice setting it up to get the proper alignment and tension and making it level. Set up is fast, now, takes a few minutes to level it out, a little trial and test. I have 17 nights in it this year already, been through a couple of heavy rain storms. Its an awesome night sleep! I sleep great in it. Im 6’3, 230lbs.”

“I love the tent overall, but have already had some issues with one of the zippers on a back corner of the tent popping loose from the zipper area, as well as an issue with my rainfly tearing on one of the corners from wind battery. I do leave it set up for a couple weeks at a time, in some cases, but not that often.”

“I absolutely love my safari stingray 3 person tent! My childhood dreams have come true and I could not be happier with this product! My only advice is to use heavier duty zippers on the openings. It can be difficult to zip up openings when weight is in the tent. I cannot wait to wake up in the trees agin soon in my Tensile tent!”

“The products are great, the customer service is good, but you need to have a complete overhaul of the logistics/fulfillment branch of your business. If you could produce, ship, import/export your products more efficiently - the business would go through the roof.”

“I had to send over 30 emails to Tentsile over half a year just to get them to send the box so I could get my 700$ safari stingray repaired after It ripped from weak materials the first time I set it up. I'm not dumb I've set up regular stingray tents before. ALSO when I brought the holes that developed from sticks falling onto my rainfly after leaving it setup over 2 days... they told my the obvious holes were "air bubbles" I even sent them pictures of the holes. water comes through them but I'm tired of fighting to get a response. You should do better Tentsile and send new materials without fighting your customers and making them send over 30 emails. I got the safari because it has a 5 year warranty and was suppose to be made with stronger materials. The whole expirence has soured my view of the entire company.”

“I really enjoy the quality of the tree tents. They really fit my style of car camping a little ways off the beaten path. I managed to camp an entire summer without any bad weather until fall when I learned my rain fly leaked. A couple of photos and brief email exchange with Tentsiles customer service and I had a replacement rainfly delivered in less than a week.”

“The tent has been wonderful. The rain fly has unfortunately torn in many places after minimal use due to falling sticks from the trees the tent is attached to. We're currently using a large tarp and a rope which is much better than the rain fly. Hoping Tentsile will patch or replace it with something a bit more sturdy.”

“Todavía no he podido verificar con mis ojos la calidad de tentsile, porque nunca me llego mi pedido. Puedo decir que tentsile tendría que poner más atención. ( causa pedido llegado a canaria roto y nunca me llego a casa ) . Poro el producto sigue gustándome y quiero promocionarlo en canaria . Ponerle más cuidado porque el producto es profesional . “It came within two weeks of ordering it, which was really nice considering mailing times were still slow because of the pandemic. It came with instructions on how to set it up and how to tie all the knots and how to adjust them. All the straps and the floor of the tent itself are made of really durable material. The only thing I found to be difficult about setup was finding the right trees, and the rainfly has a loop on top that can sometimes be hard to find a way to hold it up. Overall an amazing product, and have me the best night's rest I've had while camping outdoors.”

“Me and my fiance got the stingray tent double stack as well as a extra trillium!! We love the product and it has checked all of the boxes for what we were looking for when receiving this product. I have been following your company for years dreaming of my very own and when we finally got the piece of land near a lake in NH we just could not help but save up and purchase. With that being said the issues we had with shipping was a little unnerving. I want to point out that you as a company always got back to me when trying to figure out where we were at in the shipping process. The biggest issue was that we were told that the shipment was only going to be pushed back 28 days and we waited almost 2 months. Then in order to get the shipment past customs i had to send Fedex my private personal identification codes in order to get the shipment past customs. None of this would have been frustrating if anyone could have told me that this verification form from Fedex was necessary, i had to go into it blind so that my shipment was not canceled. The product is honestly well worth it, we love it so much and so do are dogs and we cannot wait to use it all the time next summer. Just wanted to write this review so that you can help others that this might happen to. Just be honest if it is going to take a long time because of Covid, totally understandable. We love Tentsile and everything that you guys stand for, and will recommend you to all of our friends and family!! You guys are amazing, just wanted to take the time to help you guys understand some of the hiccups that went on with our shipment so you can better service your next customers.”

Thank you for the feedback, Emily. And the photos. We very much appreciate your comments regarding the shipping. We did find COVID very challenging and we are constantly finding ways to improve. Typically our shipping times are 3-5 working days, but currently they are 28 working days. Sorry it was longer for you; there have been a few exceptions to this. Please accept our apologies.
