“Took me a while to get it but that’s because the shipping people lost it but tentsile was able to get it resolved. I took it out the first day I got it and I LOVE it. Mind you I’m a pretty heavy person (200 ish.) and I slept SUPER comfortable. I typically hate sleeping on the ground even with a sleep pad. This is a game changer. Took me about 10-15 min to set it up right the first time and to get it tight enough. But I’m in love with it so far. Not an ounce of buyers remorse. Side note, I did have a friend get in it with me just to see how well it would work and we were both able to get in it comfortably.”

Nevertheless, after couple of nights out in the woods the long pole which gives the head space to the tent broke...Please let me know what you can do for me. Thank you for your message and feedback. Oh no, this is one good! Please can you email our support team - support@tentsile.com - and we will get you out a replacement pole immediately. Our support team will also give additional instructions to help your Tentsile set up so that the poles do not break :) Thank you once again!

“My Tentsile order had some slight problems, but ! only one email to the tensile team changed that immediately. The product is great fun for us, my kids love it, its really fast on the trees and back in the car. I can recomend it for a fun day out with a slight feeling of a Wookiee in a tree house. My kids also used it as an trampolin and also that is no problem for the stifnes of the base ! so if you are thinking of buying it head for it :) !”

This replacement rain cover is already in the post, and will arrive with you in 3-5 days. “We had two separate orders of a Connect and the ground conversion kit. Both are fantastic! While it did take a couple of tries to get the tent set up, once we got the hang of it everything was perfect. Very comfy, very easy to set up and use.”

Thank you for your comments and feedback. Yes indeed, you are absolutely correct. It takes a couple of attempts to pitch up, but once you get it right, our products are extremely comfortable and we are confident you will not go back to sleeping on the ground ;) Happy having out in the Trees!

“Very solid, structurally sound design capable of surpassing expectations given a seven and five year olds abuse. Challenging geometrical problem solving to find appropriate tree layout. Ultimately satisfying and wonderful tool to entice anyone outside to enjoy the wonders of nature. Save up or do what you must to purchase this amazing tool to get kid’s happily away from electronics and into the fresh open air!”

“Can’t wait for the next camping adventure! Just received my Tentsile, stingray, generation 3 tree tent and I couldn’t be more excited! It is beautiful and seems super strong. Weighs 26 pounds, so it’s a bit heavy but not too much! Can’t wait to try it out.”

“I have always loved the outdoors and as an adventurous person, Tensile has made my passion for the outdoors 100 times more exhilarating! Also, being a climber and an explorer, I can now sleep the part! Hahah, I absolutely love Tensile Tree tents!! I have shared your products with my future wife and her kids! Not to mention I utilized being way off the ground, suspended in mid air as a means to introduce the great outdoors to two young adolescent girls who have never been outdoors and knowing full well how it can be scary for first timers, I was concerned because I didn't want their first trip ruined by anything. Well, thanks to my Tensile Stingray Tree Tent, they WANT to do it again. I also have your Tensile Flight AND your 3rd gen Safari Stingray. Currently waiting on a Leave No Trace kit and ladder. I cant wait to use My new Safari! I am hooked and will never sway from choosing a Tree Tent and will always recommend it to anyone! I already have, too! Lol”

“I was astonished by the speed my tent reached me. Within three weeks! And I thought it was going to take at least a couple o' months. The tent itself is 'beyond'. You have an certain Idea of what it might be when you see the pictures on the website, but when you got your package, and you unwrap it and install the tent, which is not that difficult, the experience of sleeping in it, hanging in the air, into nothingness ... I know I'm just repeating in words now what you might presume after seeing the pictures, but you have to experience it. You can't explain. The feeling of lightness, the resilience of the floor, the slightest movement makes you go gently up and down, it's like sleeping in a womb I guess. You also sleep exceptionally well. Anyway . I'm a proud an happy owner of a Tentsile. Which is, in a way, a burden for friends and acquantances, I have to learn to shut up about it. But .... still need some time for that.”

“Our Tentsile experience has been fantastic. I work as an engineer building airplanes, satellites, and rockets and I have been so impressed with the attention to design detail and high-quality product that Tentsile delivers. It is apparent that Tentsile is a labor of love for the inventor Alex and team that delivers the products. We went full Tentsile and recently ordered a complete Safari Stingray stack which only arrived a few weeks ago, but we have already been out multiple times. The materials and build quality of the Safari line is bulletproof impressive. We are a high tech family and it is easy to get consumed by screentime. Having our Tentsile is getting us back into nature more which is great for the soul. My 5 kids love our Tentsile stack. We have several campsites with great trees already reserved for trips this summer. I believe in the Tentsile mission to preserve the world's forests and love that they plant trees for every purchase. The head of sales called to answer questions I had emailed prior to ordering. Overall we have had a first-rate experience. I typically never give more than a 4-star review, but our Tentsile experience so far has honestly been a 6.”

“I was planning a camping trip in my new Tentsile Stingray 8th of may. I put in an order 18th of april and it said that it would take 10-14 days to have it shipped to Norway. That gives me plenty of time to get the package in time, I thought. Today (18th of may) I still haven't recieved the package, the camping trip had to be cancelled and I am not getting any information from Tentsile, apart from these "Please write a review" emails. I have earlier requested a sort of compansation for the delay, but I haven't gotten any response. The costumer service does not equal the quality of Tentsile products at all. I am very dissapointed and still waiting for the delivery.”

Hello Jessica, Thank you for your review and feedback. This is not a great start and a huge shame that the pole has broken on first use. Generally speaking the poles only break when there is not enough tension in the tent. However this is something we need to inspect and understand the situation better before we can dish out generalisations :) IN addition, we would like to get you out a replacement pole immediately to get you back into the trees asap! Please can you send an email to our support team - support@tentsile.com with your order number, model of tent and preferably a picture or two of the tent set up and the broken pole. This will help us assess what has happened. Either way, we will be sending a replacement pole to you :) Thanks again

“Hi, I cannot give you a review yet, because my Tentsile Flite is still stuck in China. On your website it said 3 - 5 shipping days for orders within the EU. I don't know how you normally achieve this if the thing comes from China, but I was expecting a little faster delivery, based on this information, even in this current situation. Order was confirmed at the 2nd May. I need it before the 29th of May. If it doesnt arrive before the 29th, you could basically keep it because it will be too late for my holiday... At least maybe update the info about the delivery time on your website. Have a nice day”

“I ordered my trillium for my 18 year birthday from Burgundy, France. perfect product for the garden and wild camping. shipping took a long time but it's because of covid-19. I am very happy with the result, idéal for fishing and swimming day”
