“We love our stingray so much!! It is very comfortable and the mesh keeps all bugs out which is excellent!! All of the storage pockets are so helpful and handy to have. When you put the rainfly on , it keeps off the rain and makes it cosy inside, and the mesh tends to keep out the wind so it is very warm! We love our stingray and we have taken many selfies in it! We love sitting on the edge with the hatch open and just relaxing in the sun. We would definitely recommend it!”

“I only received half my order. I was told the warehouse made a mistake and my other half would be shipped ASAP. I haven’t received any confirmation on this. My son bought a hammock tent from you through Amazon just recently. When he set it up it tore apart and it cost $40 to send it back. He hasn’t been refunded for the shipping costs. You suck.”

Hi Andi, We have explained that the Sky-Pad was left off the order by mistake and this has now been put on order. We are trying to find information pertaining to the ripped UNA, but not sure which forum you messaged us on. Please get in touch so we can out this right. We are always here to help.

“We just recieved our tree tent yesterday, it was a surprise birthday gift for my fiancé's birthday, he was so happy when he opened the box that I was delighted. I have to be honest, it's going to be a great gift for me as well! We cannot wait to go on new adventures and bring it along everywhere with us. Currently on lockdown, as soon as it will be lifted, the tend will allow us to go on adventures close to home and escape a little from the madness of everything. So thank you very much !”

“Wonderful Tent, super cool and great execution. Pros- Materials feel high quality Comes with a really nice carrying. case Easy to set up after a trial run and. light familiarization. Cons- Only one is that if you don't have a specific need for this tents unique feature (being suspended off the ground) or aren't an avid hammocker, the price doesn't match the novelty.”

“Oh my goodness, the tent arrived yesterday! It was like Christmas at our house. Our oldest son ordered a connect 3.0 tree tent but everyone was excited! We immediately went for a ride to find the perfect location to get the tent suspended in air! 3 kids, 2 parents, 1 papa and 2 dogs! It did not require nearly as much help as he had!! 🙃 It was simple to hook up and just as easy to take down! (Literally just minutes) Very spacious!! The compartments underneath are reachable from the inside. Shaded under trees with a nice breeze, as you rest just below the limbs. I couldn’t think of a better way to find calm, peace and relaxation. They thought of everything! It will be used and loved for a long time! All of the kids were also very pleased to know that 20 trees were planted as a result of this purchase!”

“I've been checking the website for months. I finally order the Safari Stingray. As soon as I received it, built it up... view on the French old Volcanos... I love it, feels like humans are made to live up in the trees... Count me in the Tribe!!”

“Got my Tentsile Safari Stingray 3.0 yesterday. Got up in the woods right away, and spent the night there. Set it up in like 20 minutes with just the picture from the bag. The tent is really heavy duty and I will not hesitate to bring it on trips year around. I live in Sweden. I will use it mostly out on islands in west Sweden where it is a problem with regular tent. So far 10 out of 10.”

“I bought the stingray tent to get away from the city during the quarantine, I spoke to rob about shipping and he ensured I got the best treatment and customer support throughout the entire purchase! The weekend I got it I took it out to the mountains in Canada and I’ve never been so impressed with a tent. It rained for almost 24 hours straight and the rain fly kept us and all our belongings completely dry! We also purchased the mesh ladder with it and I’m glad we did as it made entry and exit way easier. At night it got windy and cold. The tent kept the wind off of us and seeing as we were not on the ground we were able to remain warm! I would 100% recommend this to anyone and if there was a brand ambassador program I would definitely get on board and help push sales!! You’re entire camping experience will change as soon as you get the stingray, I can promise you that! @restricktedmusic on Instagram”

“I absolutely love my tree tents! I have the Connect, T-Mini, solo hammock, and the Una! I take them everywhere, strong, durable, and outright great quality. I’ve had my Connect for about 2 years no issues. I love these tents so much I advertise them on Instagram and take pictures when I can. “I got my Tentsile Flite+ tent several days ago, just in time for a little outdoor adventuring amid the lockdown. The package made it here in great time amid the craziness and for that I’m thankful. I’ve only practiced setting it up but so far I love it. The enhanced view and comfort are my favorite aspects of it. Once thing I do wish is that it was a little easier to carry while backpacking. I’ve had to break the tent down into several pieces and distribute it amongst me and my girlfriends packs. If there was a way to make it either more compact or at least, space conscious, it would be absolutely perfect. Thank you Tentsile for this great tent! I’m excited to put it to use.”

“My conversion kit came without POLES. A week later still no poles. I have written them 2-3 times and their response literally does not make sense. IDK if it is a human responding or a robot. I NEED a pre-paid shipping label to send what I have back to get a refund. Still waiting. (Oh, and hipster BS tents that are not practical or really usable).”

“I just got a bill for the ladder 340kr - that's 34 dollars in import! I dont want my tent anymore because I cant imagine the cost for me to import that one too! I so much regret this purchase, I cant afford to pay double for the tent and ladder. I cant believe you guys didn't tell me about this, and if you didn't know about it, you should have gained the knowledge! ”

Thank you for your review and your feedback. I am sorry to hear you have n=been charged import duties for your order. Tentsile pays all import duties and shipping costs so you don't have to pay it! We pay all import duties when we dispatch the tent, so now we have paid imports twice! What is your order number? “I have been wanting to purchase a Stingray for a year now but was hesitate, not knowing if it would suit my needs for camping and backpacking, Man. . .why did I wait!! I have set my stingray up multiple times now with ease. And here in Ohio there are plenty of trees, so no issues with finding 3 suitable ones. I thought it would be time consuming and difficult, again I was wrong. The Rain fly works well, and the new side entry openings make for ease of getting in and out. I liked it so much, I started my Stack adding 3 Trapezium side panels and a rope ladder. Next on the list is a Trillium 3.0 and a Double bubble. We use to hike on the weekends for exerciser and an escape into nature, now the kids ask me to bring it along on hikes every weekend so we can set it up and hang out in it. So, a lot more quality time lounging, talking, and spending time with the family. If you like comfort, peace and quiet, and a great tent, get one!! I will never sleep on the ground again!!”

“Just set up my Safari Vista. Originally it came without poles, but a quick online chat and that was resolved with no problems. Set up was easy. If you have any questions, find one of the videos online, and its super easy to figure out. The hardest part, and this seems to be the main issue, make sure the straps run straight to the point of the tent, and that line runs right down the middle of that side of the tent. Otherwise, one side will sag. Not a deal breaker by any means, and fairly easy to adjust. I can’t wait to go camping with it. I bought a stack, but haven’t fully set that up. Just don’t have the space in the back yard. It’s set up now about 8 feet off the ground, and the first couple of minutes in the tent, you hold your breath, but once you realize its not going to fall, its pretty awesome. If I could set up my computer monitors in it, it’d be my Covid-19 home office.”
