“Wir lieben unser Tentsile Vista! Es hat seinen ersten Test bereits überstanden und wir haben eine abenteuerliche Nacht im Wald verbracht. Der Versand war nach Deutschland schnell und einwandfrei.. Das Insektennetz fehlte und würde problemlos nachgeschickt!”

“I am very satisfied. Tentsile is good service even across borders (I am from Denmark) and high quality. I have already had a lot of fun with my Stingray and Ttrillum hammock but after having bought the insect mesh and ground conversion kit it became even better. Now I can use my stingray even without having three trees!”

“I should have researched more, but I didn't realize with the Stingray tent I purchased the 3 trees needed to make it work have to form a perfect equilateral triangle, otherwise one side of the tent sags. Tried using it on the ground but the tent is so small you can't even sit up in it when fully assembled.”

Hi Jason, Thank you for your feedback and review. It sounds like you are having issues pitching the Stingray tree tent. Our tree tents are really easy once you get the hang of them, pun intended ;) Our support team are excellent (bias) and will be able to help advise you how best to correct your set up so that your tent is pitched perfectly. We will also call you to make sure that you fully understand if required :) The best thing would be to send through a picture of your set up and also the trees you are currently using. “Great product that in itself is worth 5 stars without question, but shady service and it saddens me deeply to say it. I usually leave no feedback instead of negative feedback. Maybe they are spread too globally to effectively manage the company. Corona is having an additional effect but that’s additional, not what I’m referring to. Also, when inviting customers to review their products they entice you to leave good feedback on the promise of a chance at getting the cost of your order returned if they pick your review out of ‘the best’ ones. Safe to say, honesty doesn’t pay!”

“My family and I love our Safari Trillium hammock. In the beginning, we had some trouble setting it up because one side was slack, but customer service was outstanding and helped us figure out the problem. The kids love it and I love lounging in it as well. Great product!”

“Use the tent nightly. The tent is out in the elements 365 days a year. The configuration and workmanship is phenomenal. The tent has made it possible for us to completely live outdoors and has changed our lives”

“I hate camping. Every year, my wife and I get into an annual (polite) argument about taking our family of 5 on a camping trip. I always lose this argument, but I still give it a good effort to win each and every year. So, this year, I thought I would totally surprise my wife for her birthday and get her a Tentsile tent. She loves hammock-ing, so I thought the Tentsile Stealth would be a great fit. With the versatility of the Stealth, she is able to use it as a day hammock to lounge on, teach homeschool with our 3 kiddos, or enjoy a picnic; or she can use it during our annual family camping trip/argument as an overnight shelter. So, three weeks ago, the dreaded family camping trip occurred. Honestly though, I was a little excited to try out the Tentsile, even though I wasn't super excited about the rest of the trip. I discovered something; I don't think I hate camping, I think I've hated camping on the ground! The comfort and the novelty of sleeping "in the air" awoke my long dormant inner child. I felt like I was sleeping in my childhood treehouse! Hands down, this past camping trip was my absolute favorite. It's amazing how much a comfortable and adventurous tent choice affected my entire experience. As I write this review, I'm currently visiting my in-laws...and guess what? I brought the Tentsile along, set it up in their backyard and have voluntarily chosen to sleep in it the past two nights! Don't worry, my marriage isn't on the rocks, nor do I have a bad relationship with the in-laws...it's because my sons and nephews have been so excited to enjoy the Tentsile experience while we visit! My wife said to me yesterday, "Who are you now!?" Thank you Tentsile...you've changed my view on camping and helped bring peace to an 18 year long feud.”

“Love my tentsile connect, but the REPAIR KIT, specifically the mesh repair squares that they sent me leave something much to be desired. Tentsile customer service expects us to actually SEW these replacement mesh squares on the the tent mesh around any holes. I am a man who doesn't know the first thing about sewing. Also, sticking needles into the already torn mesh is not my idea of making things better. What about a mesh repair that simply sticks on to and covers the existing mesh... I believe that kind exists? $15 for the kit and $15 for shipping added up to $30 I lost with this kit that I can't use (that also included no instruction on how to repair the mesh. The other included repair patches for the bottom of the connect states on the sticker to adhere to specific instructions on how to apply... and there are no instructions for those patches either).”

“Our tensile is amazing. We love the stack and have been wanting one for years. Certainly is an investment but one worth making. My kids have never had so much fun. Our first camping trip with it was great. A camping trip the kids will never forget. The stack is an ingenious idea. The materials are of a fine quality and they really have thought of everything in its design. It took me 2 hrs to set up the stack the first time myself (mostly because I’m a rookie) But my confidence as to what I’m doing only grows as I use it more. The only issue we had with our order was that we ordered orange walls and got green. Customer service was very accommodating and offered to exchange them or give us a gift card. We are already making plans for more Tentsile camping in the coming months.”

“This tent is absolutely amazing! after watching a video we got it set up and under 20 minutes and it was the most comfortable camping experience we've ever had! We really love all of the storage pockets and how much fun the tent is!”

“I bought the Trillium 3.0 3 person hammock to set up in my backyard for my 3 and 1 year old daughters to play on. I figured they would have fun with it but was not prepared for how much kids love this thing. It is the highlight of every gathering we have and is always filled with kids playing happily. It's so fun to see the kids making up games on the "hammock trampoline" as they call it. The stellar design from the team at Tentsile allows for tons of bouncy fun and it is much easier for kids to stay safe and in control than a trampoline. It's also nice to be able to relax in the hammock using it for it's intended purpose after the kids are in bed. To top it all off the team at Tentsile provide exceptional customer service throughout the whole process. 10/10 would buy again. Already looking at buying a second to try some stacking fun.”
