I have three tents. Love them all! I had a problem with one, still under warranty... I called, sent a picture and I had a new tent in 3 days. No hassles, great customer service, perfect experience. Love these more each time I use it

A few weeks a go I decided to sleep under the stars in my Tentsile Connect. I was in Burgundy, France on an amazing cloudless night. I usually sleep really good in my tent, and as I slowly dozed off, I spotted something I'd never seen before - a comet on the north-western horizon. It later turned out to be the comet NEOWISE, which I didn't know at the time. I would've never spotted it if it weren't for sleeping in this amazingly inventive tent. I really love it :)

Bought a Trillium hammock several years ago. Finally deteriorated after many faithful years of service. Also own the Stingray, most versatile tent I have ever owned, take it portaging every year. Recently bought the six person hammock, absolutely love it. All of these items were worth every penny. (:

First camping trip with the 1 person UNA 2.0, and I loved it! I did watch a video on how to set the tent up, however, even if I didn’t, it definitely would have been doable! First time set up was about 10 minutes. Super comfortable sleep! The pockets inside were so useful to hold my phone, glasses, headlamp, and keys! More than enough room for someone who is 5’1” and looks like there was at least another foot of usable room in there. I do need to adjust the top rainfly guy line next time, but I stayed very dry in 3 torrential downpours! You can feel the quality in the materials used. Love my new tree tent! I don’t know if I’ll use my regular tent again honestly. Very easy and fast takedown as well! Everything fit in the bag with a lot of room to spare! Only thing I was disappointed in was that I didn’t get a 2 person for me and the hubbs... But this one is allllll mine! THANK YOU, TENTSILE!!!

Super happy with the tent I’ve been following you guys for years. Only problem I have ran into is when I tried get the 200 point credit you guys gave out, it didn’t seem to actually give me the credits.

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, during these pandemic times, with lots of restrictions on global shipping, we have struggled to get all orders out on time. That said, the vast majority have done, and we stay in close communication with all our customers so they are aware of this situation. During normal times we are seldom, if never, outside of the delivery timings we offer. So apologies to you, Anonymous. And thank you for your patience during these difficult times. The safari was better than expected. Easy setup and the fabric is tough as nails. Easily held and slept 3 adults on it with no issues. Now just saving to get the Safari Stingray tent so I have a stack! Let the collection begin

Etage dazubauen.

I picked up my first Tentsile tree tent about three years ago. It was a demo floor model for the Tensile store in Ogden UT. Before I had used a Tentsile, I never thought it was worth the price. Today, I own a Connect (two person tree tent), two Unas, and three T-minis and other Tensile accessories. The first time I set up the T-mini, a handsome buck wandered by within feet of where I was laying ~ talk about a product that brings you closer to nature. From the backyard to the back country, Tentsile products take outdoor fun to the next level. I love how the products integrate with each other to create a communal lounge/sleeping area in what was before just a brushy glade. I love sharing the products with friends, family, and even complete strangers. They are all blown away by the quality of design and ease of use. My only complaint is I can't give a 10/5 star review.

Bought the Stingray Double Stack and finally got to really use it last night. I bought the double stack because we have three boys and we wanted a big enough tent for the whole family. It works great for that purpose and the boys think it’s the coolest tent ever. Here is a link to a quick video of the tent set up https://youtu.be/pirgx48PwgM Cons: - The bubble bug net should be taller so that the stacks can separate more from each other, especially because it comes with a six foot rope ladder. - The trillium hammock separates from the bug netting when laid on. There is a zipper on the netting so you can attach it to the ground kit bug netting, but there should also be a zipper on the hammock so it doesn’t leave gaps allowing bugs in. Pros: - The boys slept on the top and when they moved it didn’t affect us on the bottom and vice versa. - During dinner it started to rain, we were able to move all the chairs under the tent, staying dry while we ate. - Other tents I’ve always woken up with my sleeping back damp since I’m 6’3” and that was not the case with this tent. - Much more comfortable than sleeping on the ground. Lessons Learned: - Set up the trillium hammock first and then use it as a platform for the Stingray. Put poles and rain fly all on before ratcheting it up. - Set up the hammocks, lay in them so that all the slack is pulled out of the straps, and then tighten them back up. This will help to keep the middle from sagging and you sliding into the middle. - We are going to put a small 6” level to help make sure all corners are level so we don’t slide to one end. All in all we really liked the system and will continue to work out any kinks. If you have any questions please comment on the video link and I will do my best to answer them.

We have the stingray. It’s more of a playhouse in the summer vs something we use for camping. 5 kids jumping around or huddling around some snacks - stingray is great for both. We are novice campers - we have a traditional ground tent that is our go to for campgrounds. Getting good alignment with trees might be a challenge. Also sleeping with two other people, we haven’t figured out how not to all end up in the center. Overall great tent. 5 stars given for customer service - I had a minor issue and they were all over it giving me multiple options for repair. On every level they exceeded expectations. Keep up the excellent work!

Thank you for the feedback, Amy. Definitely kids love it as a hang out! once they're in, it is hard to get them out! For sleeping altogether, don't forget about the three under straps - they are what maintain the 'internal hammocks' and get rid of any 'roll'. Here's a link how to calibrate the straps. https://www.tentsile.com/pages/guides-tips-tricks. Please let us know if there is anything else you need, and enjoy your Tentsile camping with the kids! Thank you. :)

I purchased the stingray. It is awesome. Only thing to note is that it has to be level which can be a trick when the ground isn't. My wife and I put this up on a pretty steep slope and it took a few extra minutes to get it level.the less hill the easier it is by far. I love it though. Awesome sleep.

Thank you for the feedback, Andrew. Yes, on slopes is when Tentsile really comes into its own. And it can take a few tries to get it level on the first few goes! But once it is level, it is so worth it! Tentsile is all about playing and exploring the space, so well done! Tentsile Team. :)

Tentsile UNA v2. I'm 5'10, 170lbs. I bought a second weblock for an easier set-up Pros: Full shelter No need for pad or mat Easy to set up and adjust Very comfortable Straps are thick, seams well stitched, zippers are smooth and dont catch Cons: (Obviously) Its not light and takes up more space Sometimes it takes a few minutes to adjust

Thanks for the feedback on the UNA . It is a great little one-person tent. The new Gen 3 UNA is under 4.5lbs, which makes a big difference. Feel free to send in you photos - we love following Tentsile adventures! :)

GAME CHANGER!! I love camping in several different types of areas, from parks, to riversides, to mountain sides, you name it! I constantly had to adjust equipment to find the proper setup. Ground tents are limited to the type of terrain that is around you, and require extra padding or warmth depending upon the season. Hammock tents are awesome for getting off the ground, but limit your storage and also your capacity. So I went the car top route, downfall here was the fact you have to have a spot that the car is able to get to. With my tree tent it has opened up endless possibilities and unique camping experiences for all seasons! The quality of the safari style is UNMATCHED! Most durable tent I have ever used, and if your trying to camp elevated, you want a product you feel safe in for you and your family/friends/pets. Being able to store gear and hangout underneath if you want is just another awesome feature. Setup was straight forward and didn’t take much time at all to figure out. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this product. I comfortably fit my gear, two adults, and a small dog with this product. You will not be disappointed!
