This product did not reach us by Christmas time as hoped because we were not able to pay for the product by credit card over the phone. We live in a rural area and like to shop as locally as possible rather than online all the time. Toowomba store being our closest was very helpful right up to the point of payment and then we were told that we would need to come in to pay for the product. (2hrs drive). This is an antiquated payment system. I would encourage you to look at alternative payment options.

Delivery date changed 3 times, and in the end the item that was purchased as a gift didn’t arrive on time.

good products, on time. Very difficult to contact Ferntree Gully store on phone. need more staff during bussy times.

When you see something on the website and it indicates it is in stock you make an assumption that you will receive it in an appropriate amount of time. You then may get an email to say it will take four months to arrive. Know this fact I would be reluctant to purchase from tent world again over the net. Cheers

Further, when our customers ask for refunds, provided we've not already dispatched the goods - we process these requests by COB each day... Long wait for delivery and then they mixed my order with someone else. Plus the cover to the fridge didn’t fit

Terrible delivery arrangement, have to get one from local store and now in process of arranging return/refund. Customer service officer is helpful though so far.

I ordered a tent with a 1 day dispatch time as I hoped to get it within 2 weeks for a trip after Xmas. The tent got dispatched few days after the purchase but got stuck in Toowoomba for another 3 weeks and after numerous queries with Toll and your team, finally delivered 3 weeks after purchase. It would be great if it was followed up earlier.

I finally received my mat almost 4 weeks after ordering. My son didnt get his xmas present. Not good as my first experience buying from Tentworld. Had to drive two hours to give my son his xmas present a week after xmas.

Hi , really sorry to hear you're having a hard time getting your parcel delivered. All the couriers we use, we find to be reliable - but unfortunately, sometimes errors in their systems happen & it seems like your parcels having some troubles. Very frustrating & I'm sorry this is happening to you. I can see based on the connote that your order was delivered yesterday. Received two emails notifying of a delay in dispatch of our tent. Although allowing 3 weeks before our camping trip, I acknowledge that these things happen. However 5 days after receiving the second email to say the new expected date was 8th Jan, it was then dispatched. It then sat in a depot in Sydney for nearly a week but this was down to the courier. Had to arrange for someone to take collection of the delivery as after thinking we may actually get the tent for our trip, it didn’t arrive in time.

It’s my first time purchasing at Tentworld and I must say it was a different experience. I received a notice of delivery but only has 2 items out of 3 ordered. It was when I enquired I was advised the 3rd item will arrive in January due to out of stock. Within a few days of the advise I received the third item with the package arrived unsealed. I would say I was disappointed with the communication and the delivery process.

Still waiting for my 3rd item (bunk beds). Had been informed there would be a delay and an offer to cancel the purchase but since then I have t heard anything from you and do not know what the status is. For the two items that did arrive I am happy with your service and would rate excellent.

Upon opening my 2P hicking tent it became obvious something was wrong. The instructions said take out the three poles when i only had one? I will return this for an xplantion and replacement or refund. Frank

Product seems ok so far but took about 16 days to get from Brisbane to Sydney.Not their fault but if they insist on using couriers please as their transport company they will be out of business in no time.Couriers please should be taken to court by businesses who are receiving bad wraps for their lousy and untrustworthy transport.There are thousands of reviews about this courier company with a rating of 1.5 out of 5 stars Get rid of them now before they ruin your business

Through no fault of tent world but who you use for freight forwarding is not helping your customer service. Pls look to change contracts with your forwarder asap! missing orders and follow up on incorrect parcels
