Customer service regarding clearly defective product was pretty average. No actual product design confirmation. Just staff guessing and suggestions. Too hard

We didn’t get the item we wanted and we had on order from august o receive it by October and then got an email the day it was due to arrive to say it wasn’t in stock. The lady I spoke with on the phone didn’t help me with other options they might be similar to what we wanted to purchase. I then asked fo a refund,which was an easy process bit disappointed

I have a bed I can’t use it has a bar up the middle of it there was nothing to show this on the sight I was on

I bought a knife for my kid's birthday present. When it arrived, box were broken with a large cut in the middle. The knife and case had scratches as if it has been displayed in the shop or someone used it. When it was ordered, it appeared that there was a stick, saying despatch within 1 business days, but I got a message saying there isn't any stock.

Item never arrived, and finally had to request a refund (which was quickly at least) When I first ordered, i knew there would be a slight delay in them getting the item, but this was waaaaay too long, and given the EXCESSIVE delay, I would expect them to initiate an explanation. I had to write a few times and both times received a reply that included this line: "We are currently preparing your order for shipping." But this clearly was not the case. Maybe it is not always like this but this is my one (and probably only!!) time purchasing from Tentworld.

I was able to order more items than they had in stock. They delivered the majority of the order promptly, but have been very poor at advising what is happening with the balance. Have been waiting for 3 weeks.

It’s a pity that I ordered a product and accessories then am told that the product is not available to only then be sent the accessories. Of course these are I good t9 me without the product.

The unit I purchased I could not get to work at all and I needed it for my holiday on the 9th of November and I am told that we have to deal with the manufacturer so I will probably not get that unit in time and will need a replacement one so I will have to buy one as I need it for my holiday - I am sick of getting stuff that doesn’t work... so yer NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Not the best experience, purchased online a Helinox Zero Chair but 4 days later no shipping information, (Tentworld advises next day shipping) when I phoned to chase up was advised it was being picked as we spoke on the phone! A week later still no shipping information then when phoned a 2nd time was advised no stock! No communication from Tentworld advising of the issues at all though... Refunded promptly

Was dissapointed in the customer service to be honest. Item was $60 cheaper at multiple places elsewhere. When I requested a discount of $20 so that the item would be $400 which was how much our team had put together for the gift there was no assitance or even attempt to help.

Delighted with product however found service poor. I gave my correct name & email 3 times & it was delivered under my old name. I waited weeks for a simple item to travel 3hrs distance & a serious lack of communication made it frustrating to find out anything. I guess in the long run its all just history now hey as the product is fantastic.

Product was what I expected but the delivery was only 1 star - took several days and wasn't delivered to the correct address which required me to do a 40 minute round trip - find another courier company please!
