Went online to see if what I wanted was in stock - website showed it was. On arriving, 3 staff members behind counter talking. No assistance offered. I approached staff member who showed me where to locate item. Product not on the shelf. When checked, was told there should be 3 in stock. Staff member could not locate any where they should be. Staff not interested in searching any further. I had to order item, pay up front and now await a call when item in stock. Extremely poor customer service. Will think twice about going back to what used to be a great store

Your delivery times are poor and lack of stock is letting you down, ive waited six weeks or more for some items

Went in to get a Coleman eventemp with some vouchers which was given online and in store and wanted to use it all at once to purchase the gas stove. After spending quite an amount of money in tentworld we thought great, we can use these vouchers to buy a gas stove we really needed. The manager at prospect in Adelaide was not very friendly, in fact not a ‘people person’ and couldn’t even maintain eye contact while we spoke to him. Long story short, we were able to combine the vouchers to use in store and got the gas stove but not to the original amount. I believe ‘Dave’ was unwilling to help as a manager, sarcastic and said “we don’t owe you anything because these vouchers were a promotion” and stared down at the kids every time we went in to the store. To be honest we would quite willingly return everything we have purchased from the store and go elsewhere. It puts a bitter taste in your mouth in dealing with such an awkward individual. That was our last trip to tentworld, we will be going to Snowys from now on.

I am still waiting on Tentworld to confirm the details around when i'll receive my tent and also to confirm when i'll get all the other bits that i've requested. It will be appreciated if Tentworld can keep me updated a little bit better regarding my order and how they are tracking

The item I purchased was not in stock and took a long time to arrive. It was a present for my son, so the wait was frustrating.

Was really difficult to shop online. I purchased 3 oz trail camp bunks and postage calculator on the site was $323 which was shocking. I then tried to put in a pre order to pick up in store and was told a sales representative would be in touch and they never did. I then had to call HQ and spoke with a great guy who took the order and organised shipping for $100 and from then on it was smooth sailing but it was a total pain to get that far

Delivery was fast. Product did not meet expectations. When returned, was made to pay postage for both ways, which is not clear in the Return policy

Tent fly screen came with holes in it requiring repairs. The product minus this defect was good value and design.

Delivery took a little while, which during this time is understandable, however the poles were missing from the swag I purchased and I'm still waiting for them to be delivered 2 weeks on from the swag delivery.

The products are fine and prices good. But the customer service is letting you down. Staff are unfreindly and always seem to be trying to upsell. Also, I recently had to return a faulty lantern after just 1 month. I had to make two trips back to the store to have the lantern first sent away and assesed, and then to pick it up. I don't think that's acceptable for such a low cost item. Also, I had to call the store to get feedback. And when I did, the staff member was abrupt and unhelpfull. Just not a good experience.

I had to chase assistance and the guy at the counter was on the mobile phone and wouldn't acknowledge that I was standing there! I am getting tired of being second to phones!!Maybe I need to stand in the shop and ring for assistance!! This,of course is a general comment!!

Service was good however when enquiring about a holder for the 1gallon containers I was first told they do not make them. After stating they do the sales woman stated that the only to purchase the holder was directly from yeti. I have ordered one through Rylands in Townsville without any problems. I assume your staff do not know what they are tslking about

We purchased and paid for 3 sleeping bags at Lawnton. Only 2 were in stock so they were to order one to be transferred from another store. After a couple of weeks I followed up to be told they were expecting a delivery on Thursday. I called Friday and was told they did not get it. We ended up driving to your other store to pick it up ourselves.

After purchasing I received a follow up email tellling me my delivery had been delayed, ie that there was no stock to fill my order (but it was coming). After a further delay I engaged in an email conversation basicly asking if the product could be delivererd. Responses were reduced to - do you want to cancel your order. 1. I am unsatisfied to have been sold and paid for an item not in stock. 2 Follow up support did not seem to have the full story and would not give me a clear answer - other than a siimple response of a revised "possible" shipping date - or "cancel" your order. I would be unlikely to trust items are held in stock in future. Appears to be an inventory failure.

Tentworld has alway been nice to deal with but disappointed that products that are listed as available in store are not when reserved and the only response is text message effectively saying too bad.
