Half the order was unavailable which was communicated to me a week after my original order; the date of expected dispatch kept being pushed back and then when it did come into stock it wasn’t express posted- so I’m still waiting.

Hi Nicole, ​Thanks for your feedback. I do apologise for the inconvenience caused by the backorder. Supplying goods this year has been quite tough. With so many online orders, delivery services are struggling to keep up. That's not just the delivery from us to customers such as yourself, but also from suppliers to us. There are a whole range of factors and unfortunately, COVID regulations are slowing things down considerably. I do apologise for the inconvenience, but now that the goods have arrived, trust you'll get plenty of use out of them! ​Thanks and Happy Camping ~ Jarrod.

Still have quite a few outstanding products. The drips and drab delivery is a real inconvenience. Please give the client the option to wait and have everything delivered at the same time. Like the product. Kind regards Iris.

I am still waiting for my delivery so not happy at present with the service. I ordered on the 3rd August. Spoke to a rep from your firm who was going to check into the delay and email me details. However I have heard nothing.

Product was very dirty and I had to ask staff to clean it off. I would expect that they would have cleaned it off without me asking. Also why would stock for sale be displayed like this

Bought a product online. Paid and waited 2 weeks before being told it’s no longer stocked. I was refunded the money but disappointed none the less

Placed an order but it never arrived. I understand that Covid is mucking things around but I didn't really get much in the way of updates etc. I wanted to try to support Australian business so ended up waiting for months before finally asking for a refund and last time I checked even that hadn't been processed!

I reserved a camp kitchen online to pick up. It was a good service and easy to use website. I was really excited I got a call to say the camp kitchen I wanted was out of stock but I could have the display model. But I was really sad when they said that as they didn’t put it aside as they called someone was in the store picking it up and buying it and they could see them getting it. Plus there were no more left in Australia :( the person on the phone was really nice but maybe put it away first to avoid disappointment?

Bought a 15x16 install cabin tent which is a fantastic product, but upon spending in excess of 2.2k for tent and also tarp, would have been happy to spend another 2k on various items, but the customer service of the Midland store is appalling. Not willing to negotiate at all on prices, the staff in particular Debbie, needs to have her customer liaison skills severely rectified,,, no smile, no hello, no Thank you after purchase and when I queried if the tent had a bag, which the item description online said it had, she pulled out a oztrail book slammed it on the counter and said.. 'no bag'.. 'oztrail book mentions no bag so it's got no bag'.. I left the store thinking of how poorly the staff treat clientele, got home and tent had a bag in packaging. Possibly with better service and better knowledge of their products, I would have happily spent another few thousand dollars on items, unfortunately the Midland store will never see another purchase from me as well as having this as a guide for future reference will never recommend them. Debbie... lighten up, smile, use manners and have a great day! :-)

We have paid a deposit on a rooftop tent which should have been here by now, we go in and ask about it and get no answers. Will be going back to get our deposit back.

I wanted tent poles. They did not have the tent poles I wanted and offered nowhere where I could buy my poles for a 6 month old tent.

Brought demo tent Zempire we didn’t realise but the tents bag had holes in it and the pegs for the tent were covered in mud If I had of known this I wouldn’t have brought it would have payed the extra $60 and brought brand new one not the demo.
