Very average communication. I have sent three queries to Tentworld through their web portal and no reply. I will be avoiding tentworld in the future.

Tent and mattress finally arrived today 26 days from order, would expect better service from courier, Toll. Tracking virtually non existent, throughout and when contacted no phone in response. $94 seems a lot to pay for a slow poor service.

Was told had stock, upon ordering did not have stock. 3 weeks after ordering I cancelled the order as still no stock. Won’t do online shopping again with tentworld.

I bought the KA-BAR Utility Part Serrated Knife and couple guys where just standing there, took about 20 minutes until someone came up to me to help. The knife didn't come in the box as it should have and I had to take the display model with no discount...if I didn't like the knife that much I wouldn't have bought it without the box.....

Item ordered late May, estamated arrival was first week of June and still has not arrived. Customer service were helpful but item tracking still not resolved with courier service.

Hey Guys, Ordered a Primus Gas top cooker for my Primus bottle 2012 and received a Companion one .. did not fit. I then had to source the 3/8" LH screw adapter as well from a Casino Camping store ($20 with postage ) .. not happy

took too long to get here. you have branches everywhere with no stock, that comes from one warehouse in queensland. waiting over 2 weeks when you have store in sydney ??????????

Sales person was slow, was not able to provide product information and a major lack of enthusiasm in short a poor customer satisfaction I have to give credit to the store it looked great, trusting some basic customer training can be provided

The items took a week before they were picked and it only came about because I contacted customer support. From that time it was good with great communication from customer support.

Tentworld prices are good, the website easy to negotiate and purchasing is simple and straight forward but is where it ends. The delivery was poor and untraceable, given the current situation the problems that arose were way past the other suppliers delivery timeline to the point that Tentworld did not even know where my oven and tent were or who currently had them and they said they could do nothing about it. The delivery time was about 2 to 3 times longer than other suppliers in the same region. If I have loads of time between ordering and expectation of arrival then may use them again.

Ferntree Gully store is now closed on a Sunday. Why? the Aussie Disposals next door had 40 people in it last Sunday with your store next door closed .

Hi Wayne, sorry for the inconvenience we've caused you by being shut on Sundays. Unfortunately, due to COVID19, the lockdowns & travel bans - we have had to change our operating hours - mostly due to reduced demand for the products we sell. Afterall, non essential travel bans are not conducive to selling travel & camping equipment. You are right however, demand is now again thankfully increasing for our products - we are monitoring the situation for when we should open Sundays again. Thank you for raising your concern with this, when we do reopen on Sundays we will update our website & google maps listings. In the meantime, we do try to open as many hours during the Monday - Saturday period -we hope you can find time to visit us then. Kind Regards & Happy Camping, Jon

Went to the shop talked to person about what we wanted he said yes you had what we wanted so we drove all the way home to Morayfield and got our trailer drove all the way back to your store only to find out you didn’t have part of what we wanted not happy at all
