Although the staff at Tentworld showed concern for my missing delivery, this purchase was very disappointing. I made it very clear that my product had time constraints. I understand that the courier service was the major letdown, however I left ample time for the tent to arrive on time. The acknowledgment that it was missing came too late. I was forced to buy another tent (which was a compromise, as money had already been spent on the Tentworld tent) from a major supplier (I though I would try to support a family business). It was finally found on my return from camping which was not very useful. Very upsetting for me and dissapointing for my child.

All the couriers we use, we find to be reliable - but unfortunately, sometimes errors in their systems happen & it seems like your parcels had some troubles. I ordered some products on the basis of promised 3 business days delivery. However when my order had not been delivered by 8 business days I called Couriers Please to chase my order and they told me they had 10 business days to make delivery and it would not be delivered before then. I chased Couriers Please and Tentworld by email and phone but is was still 14 business days before I received my order. Tentworld is OK. Couriers Please are the worst. Reconsider placing an order if delivery is required within 3 weeks

Great supply of stock at good prices, unfortunately the only thing letting my experience down was the customer service, I purchased a small lantern and there were 2 different types, even though we were being served as they were at the counter cupboard there was no help with the types even though myself and the person I was with were clearly confused and needing help - ended up reading the box he gave us ourselves to figure out what was going on (one was a yellow light type and one was white, but the white light box only mentioned the red effect it ALSO has, bad packaging) still bought the lantern but will just buy online in future

Tentworld need to change the couriers they are using,after the courier had picked up my parcel it took way to long to deliver it nearly three weeks.Another camping shop that i also use would of had that product at my door within 4 days from the same state.

Initially we were impressed by this tent as it’s easy to put up in a hurry, great in heavy downpours and seems well designed. Unfortunately the build quality let’s it down with nylon material and fly screens that are very easy to abrade or put holes in. Also the hub and knuckle plastic parts break easily in moderate winds making the instant up an instant down, for us at 4.30am when it collapsed upon us. A real pity that it’s so cheaply made as it is otherwise a fantastic concept.

Order was to be ready it wasn’t they collected it after I arrived. Staff spoke very few words . Then overcharged be for the laundry basket. I did not feel comfortable to go back in to tell them. Disappointed when I had to drive 40 mins each way to get there .

The fan I purchased online didn't come with a battery. I was instructed to go to the store and swap, unfortunately all the fans didn't have the battery included even though the manufacturers site said they did, wasted journey and I had to purchase elsewhere.

The new fan uses the old fans shell and has the battery built into it, and leaves the place where the battery used to go empty. Thank you for brining this to our attention. It wasn't very busy but it seemed to take a long time to get help, normally the service is very good. If they sold the gazebo elsewhere I probably would've left the store.

You only shipped part of my order then it took me a number of emails explaining to you that the error was with you and how you could resolve it with a simple check. You need to know yr products you sell not have a customer explain it for you to you.

Would never order anything online again from them. Was told item on back order and can cancel if required. Tried canceling, they have your money as you pay upon ordering even if the product is on back order and they cannot tell you when item will be in stock again. Never order online again.
