I know covid has everyone on edge but I didn't feel welcomed when I entered the store. This is not normal for tentworld but I didn't enjoy my shopping experience.

Was told it would be shipped aust post to arrive in time....it was sent on Toll and didn’t arrive so I had to purchase another one locally. Which is of better quality So wasn’t happy

I only received two of the four items I have purchased they are apparently are on backorder and will not be dispatched until February

Order came out of the factory 2 business later then advertised on the website causing our product to be delivered late to an address we were no longer at. Had to arrange with the owner to get the packet.

Ordered the gazebo on the 26th dec. didn’t get delivered until the 17th of jan.. even though the walls I purchased came on the 5th.. took way to long for something in stock. Ended up not having it for my camping trip and had to buy another one elsewhere!! Wasn’t great. Didn’t really want 2!

It is the 18th January and we are still waiting on our tent and the second mattress. We placed our order on 16th December hoping to go camping over Xmas or early January. Now we are hoping to go camping over The Australia Day weekend but with Tentworld's delivery taking so long I don't like our chances. Very disappointing.

This product did not reach us by Christmas time as hoped because we were not able to pay for the product by credit card over the phone. We live in a rural area and like to shop as locally as possible rather than online all the time. Toowomba store being our closest was very helpful right up to the point of payment and then we were told that we would need to come in to pay for the product. (2hrs drive). This is an antiquated payment system. I would encourage you to look at alternative payment options.

Delivery date changed 3 times, and in the end the item that was purchased as a gift didn’t arrive on time.

good products, on time. Very difficult to contact Ferntree Gully store on phone. need more staff during bussy times.

When you see something on the website and it indicates it is in stock you make an assumption that you will receive it in an appropriate amount of time. You then may get an email to say it will take four months to arrive. Know this fact I would be reluctant to purchase from tent world again over the net. Cheers

Further, when our customers ask for refunds, provided we've not already dispatched the goods - we process these requests by COB each day... Long wait for delivery and then they mixed my order with someone else. Plus the cover to the fridge didn’t fit
