Worst customer service when dealing with damaged goods. Had a rooftop tent delivered damaged.was hell during covid trying to get it replaced had to break the law to do there job. Packing with shipped orders is horrible i do not recomend buying online from tent world. What i did find though is in store they were lovely. But ill never shop online or in person with tentworld again.

Item was not dispatched in the 2 days it was advertised for. Instead taking a week to dispatch and then another week for postage. This is very poor considering there is a store in my local state and instead it had to come from QLD. No option for click and collect. Another camping store offers this as well as delivery within 72 hours of purchase. I would advise you to look at your business practices as o won't be shopping at tentworld again. Extremely poor - if 0 stars was an option then that's what the rating would be.

website stated tent dispatched within 4 days, 4 days later , was advised 7 day delay . 1 week later was told to wait another 7 weeks, just say you dont have it in stock, stop listing the tent as dispatching in 4 days its wrong. i didn't purchase it from another website based on an early dispatch from you guys...

I purchased a Black Hole 3 p Pop Up tent and the fire retardant used is so toxic it renders the air inside the tent unbreathable. The tent is literally unusable!

After a week of finalising online order and payment, Tentworld is still to confirm my order. Callex twice and sent numerous e-mails. Order illustrated leaves next day and operators simply state watch your e-mail.

Unable to be sent a receipt or confirmation of order. Called twice and sent two e-mails with no success of receiving any confirmation. Order illustrated leaves in 1 day. One week later and still struggling to get a confirmation with no response on e-mail queries and telephone operators just stating watch your e-mail.

How hard is it to come into my reception area to deliver a box?!! I have to say, your courier company is as useless as a fart in a space suit. I have cancelled this weekends trip because of this lack of service. This morning I found the tent in one of our storage sheds minus the sleeping bag. Pissed off doesn't come close to how I feel!!

Went to the midland store today and could not get any customer service One lady staff member was busy with a customer Yet the other three staff members in store seemed more interested in chit chatting with each other then helping the multiple customers I noticed in store , one staff member walked past me twice in the tent section and when I tried to get his attention he seemed to deliberately ignore me Very poor service I won’t be spending money in your store again

Disappointed to be honest. Ordered an item, it was in stock was told it would be shipped then found out it would be 1.5 months late. Kind of a bit wrong.

It took 6-8weeks to receive my 1st item, the 2nd item was a portable air compressor that was missing its carry bag. I had informed Tentworld of the missing carry bag, and it has now been another 4+ weeks amd I have not received the carry bag. Terrble service and will not recommend, until I have received all my items.

Hi, You've sent me a email for a review, when I'm still waiting to receive the item. Probably would be a good idea for in future. If your website had Available & Out of Stock, attached to the products advertise. Because I didn't get a notification when I confirm payment. Did receive a email later explaining you're out of stock & waiting on the supplier. So I'm still waiting & wanting to know how long before I receive the item, I'd pay for. Definitely would like someone to touch base with me, for an update. Thanks, Craig

Terrible experience with tent world. I ordered a darche awning. Didn’t receive all parts, then when I finally received the last package it was still missing parts. I ended up having to buy my own bolts to attach the awning. It says specifically in the instructions that the bolts and inserts would be provided. I will contact tent world in order to get a refund for what I’ve had to buy. Very dissatisfying buying a $1200 awning and not getting all parts as stated.
