Product from Oztrail is great. Service from Tentworld could only be best described as ‘lip’ service. When they advised me that the ordered product was in fact ‘out of stock’ the representative did whatever they could to just deflect the issue and defer it as the ‘suppliers fault’. So, I rang the supplier and found that was actually ‘Tentworlds’ ordering issue’. Seems like in this case the customer had to do Tentworlds job for them. I’m positive from other reviews that this is not an isolated incident.

Very unhappy,. Goods not recieved due to addressing error. Would not help redirect. Then Couriers Please sent the parcel back,. I have notification that the parcel was returned yet I have no refund as yet.

Yes I rang up for this inverter over the phone and told the girl over the phone I need it asp it was on Friday she said you shood have it by Monday but to find out it was coming from wear house 8days latter not impressed

Currently, our stores aren't setup to provide delivery services, so all online orders are processed from our warehouse in QLD. When speaking with our team, we endeavour to provide as much clarity and information as possible, but sometimes these important considerations can be missed because in the minds of our staff, it's normal to send from our warehouse! While we do display this information on our Shipping & Delivery page, I can understand how this is missed. Item took weeks to deliver and I had to personally chase it up with the transport company 3 times. Item was delivered damaged so not very happy and I will not purchase from Tentworld again.

Didn’t have stock but still selling on eBay with estimate delivery date (it was1week) I bought camping kitchen which need to wait until October. Even didn’t notice until I made enquiry.

Terrible. Very disappointing service. Ordered and paid for an item. Then was told that there was an error, the item wasn't in stock, and they didn't want to send the item from a different store. Offered me a similar item if I'd pay an extra $150. Meanwhile the original item remained available for purchase online. This used to be a company with very good customer service.

Good morning Melinda. We are sorry that the stock discrepancy occurred. The only colour left that is available is Red hence why the item is still listed for sale. This model is discontinued, and the only stock available instore is demo stock. Thanks for your feedback. The Tentworld Team

Offered a discount online. Refused to honour the discount after 20% deposit paid. Currently with consumer affairs. Deliberately misleading add for item with the same appearance and description as the purchased item. Explanation was "old stock" very poor experience. Avoid.

Hi Peter, The new Darche Swags have a 70MM mattress and the older models have a 50mm Mattress. The new items are slightly more expensive than the older models,which we were selling at a reduced price to clear to make room for the new models. Unfortunately the store had run out of the old models - This happens in retail when upgrading models amongst most retailers. We are very sorry you feel the exprience was poor. The Coupon offered online is only available for online purchases at present, we are working to change that. Thanks The Tentworld Team

I purchased The coleman 10 person dark room tent in October 2019, it lasted 3 months. The first week it begun to rot, it changed color, the tech weather system coating begun to peal off, the stitching on the big fly side where the zip is rotted and it just ripped right down the stitch line. The elastic cords around the bottom to peg down and on the top part of the fly to the veranda begun to fray in the first week. There is no padding on the frame system centre middle and either end, so when the fly goes over, it rubs on plastic clip, making it vulnerable to ripping. When i contacted Tent world with a dozen photos in side the 3 months of purchase October 2019, they passed the buck, blew me off and would not honor the warranty. since it was faulty workmanship of the tent. i checked other comments and they also blew other customers off when they had to return faulty items, even first time use. Tent world owes me another tent, or my money back. So i have no other option now to take them to court and also claim compensation. I would never ever buy anything off tent world ever again, customer relation stinks.

Good afternoon Teresa, Thanks for your feedback. After reviewing all communications I note that you were not ignored. We require the tent to be inspected for warranty purposes for any claim. You declined and demanded a refund. We were following all consumer protection laws in our actions. I am sorry that standard warranty procedures did not suit you. Thanks again for your feedback.

What do you want me to review about your products. I waited it for more than 2 weeks because to arrange stocks, then another 2 weeks for waiting for confirming NO STOCKS to send over to me. ABOUT 4 WEEKS Were FULL OF WASTING MOMENTS. I tell you one more thing that my wife returned camping mats bought from Tentworld because it was used one or displayed, NOT brand new one. Hope that this review help to find where you are.

We bought it 2 years ago used for 3 weeks then stored and used for another 3 weeks this year. Oztrail fast frame 420 was great spacious and easy to set up until it rained and water came through all the seems and filled the tent. Don't know if it was our fault but storing a tent in its bag and in a garage should not cause it to deteriorate that much. Spend more buy better quality!

Customer service at your Tweed Heads store was awful. Staff were rude and service was lacking(except for the staff member who watched me like a hawk. Apparently I must look like a criminal). I was not offered any help in store. I had about $4000 to spend on camping gear starting with the big tarp. Have found everything else at BCF etc.

Delivery took a ridiculous amount of time and product quality is very poor. We try to support Aussies companies but the products are made in China. What's the point...
