Staff are awesome. Adam the manager shouldn't be in the services industry period!

Online ordering is a real challenge. User interface and design of the purchasing website is not intuitive and could definitely improve, We were also unable to use a credit note voucher from a store with our online order. Very disappointing,

Purchesed a darche rooftop tent. Got delivered damaged packaging was well un suited for a $1245 purchas. The qld customer service team were very un helpful i ended up having to call a store manager through store to actually talk to someone instead of getting one email a day. I had to leave home during this time of lockdown to replace and fix the peoblem. In store they were amazing. But ill never order online from tentworld again. 2 times you have let me down.

Quite disappointing that the only foam roll mat that were available both had damaged covers and when asked for any discount, none was offered despite there being damage, and the fact I spent over $200. I had planned to purchase all hiking gear required fro this store. But as a result of this poor attitude I left and spent over $600. You lost almost a $1000 sale by not discounting a damaged item

I purchased an esky that was in stock online. I was then told that it was not in stock and needed to contact supplier. The date kept getting changed and extended. I canceled order and then ordered front Snowy and received it 2 days later.

I ordered two Ultra mesh mats worth 50 dollars, and I received 1 pack of rubber squares worth 25 dollars. Very unhappy as I had to drove to my nearest store (40 minutes away with he traffic at the the time) to sort it out. They did not have my product available so i had to just grab an ultra mesh mat much too large for my set up.

Order kept getting pushed back and eventually had to cancel. Not much was done about it and customer service was average.

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. I do apologise for the delays with your order. When goods are out of stock, unfortunately, we can be at the whim of our supplier to be able to fulfil orders such as yours. We've seen a lot of delays in transit from our suppliers, which also causes more angst. We worked to fulfil your order as quickly as we could. I do apologise for any inconvenience this caused. Thanks and Happy Camping~Jarrod.

Purchased a camp oven and delivery date kept getting pushed back multiple times. Waited patiently but then kept getting pushed back again. Ended up asking for a refund and looked elsewhere.

Hi Jarrod, Thanks for your feedback. I do apologise for the delays and inconvenience caused. We've sold a lot of camp ovens this year, far more than usual. Our suppliers have also struggled to keep up with the demand and in such a tough year, it's been hard to bring stock back in to fulfil orders such as yours. I do apologise. Thanks and Happy Camping~Jarrod.

My wife ordered hiking shoes that came too small. It would cost $22 plus postage to exchange them. We gave them away. Would not order online from them again.

Hi Daniel, Thanks for your feedback. I've looked at your order and can see there were a few problems with delivery. Unfortunately, when an address is entered into our orders incorrectly, we're not aware it is wrong until the customer advises us. In this instance, the tent had already been shipped and delivery failed. When this happens, it's automatically returned to us and we can't turn it around. I do understand you've now received the tent, which is good news. I trust that you'll get plenty of use and enjoyment out of it! Thanks and Happy Camping ~ Jarrod.

Purchased a Waco cf fridge from Bankstown , new display model on shelf out of box , was given fridge out of box , but box and 12/24cord was supplied , on getting home it was the wrong 12/24v cord, phoned the shop about it , said will call you back!,they called back the next day , leaving a voice mail ,and said they think it was the correct cord?,because I live so far away , was easier to buy the correct 12/24v local , would I buy from tent world again NO WAY 😤 Reviews on this fridge they recommend are all bad , this is why BFC and Anaconda will not sell this model Fridge is running fine , without problem but only a week old , lid and clip are dodgy as per reviews Don’t buy from Tentworld

Sorry to hear that you're unhappy with us & after reading your review - I can understand why. Sorry for supplying you the wrong cord, and for our incorrect follow up call. I am following up with the team now to find out what went wrong here. Very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Regarding your comments on the Dometic CF18 - sorry, but I do not agree. We've sold this fridge, as it is from Dometic since 2011. If it caused us issues with customers due to it performing badly & making our customers unhappy etc we would simply stop selling it. We do not have any agreement with Dometic to have to sell any of their products if we do not want to. We would prefer to sell good gear, to happy customers who tell their friends etc etc. We rely on this to succeed against our major competitors BCF & Anaconda. Obviously, we are not privvy to why BCF & Anaconda choose to sell things or not, however, what I can tell you is that in our own stores - these CF18s are slow sellers. Not because they're bad, but because they're a niche size & style. I imagine the fact its a slower seller is the most likely reason they do not stock it. Our more popular fridges are 40L or larger. We offer these fridges though, because they do fit a nice niche that's often sought after by campers. If you slam the lid on these, sometimes you can break the latch. These parts are available to repair them, if you do do that. Simplest thing though, is to close the lid gently. I hope you find the above helpful. Kind Regards & Happy Camping, Tentworld team.

Bought a COMMERCIAL gazebo from Tentworld. 3 or 4 months into owning it, one of the pins that holds the damn thing up - breaks. Advised by staff (Tweed Heads) that the warranty does not cover this item - why? Because we use it every weekend. ITS A COMMERCIAL GAZEBO. WHAT? YOU WANT ME TO USE IT ONCE A YEAR? That's real commercial use. So pray tell. If the warranty does NOT cover moving bits, what does it cover. And given that it is a COMMERCIAL gazebo, what is your idea of 'normal usage'?

Hi Dan, Thanks for your feedback here. This doesn't quite sound right to me. I've sent you an email so that we can discuss and where possible, find a solution. Thanks and Happy Camping ~ Jarrod.
