Keep getting emails to say my purchase is delayed. Why sell a product you take weeks to supply...... No wait it still hasn't turned up

Website said there was stock . Have been placed in back-order after purchase. No email to verify this, had to log into Tentworld profile to find out.

I ordered a front panel for the Oztent RV3. Upon ordering the system noted that the order has been processed and that the part is on its way. I waited for over at least 3-4 weeks to only be reminded now and then that there is a problem with the supply and it will be delayed for a week. The following week I received a similar email message stating the same story. Each time it also had that annoying sentence to say that “we know you are excited etc etc as such we will send you the other items you have ordered.” I only ordered one and one thing only. At least get that part correct. I acknowledge that during the COVID 19 environment, things and supply chain disruptions are inevitable however, it would have been good if tent world was upfront and state that this item won’t be available until a specific date instead of stringing the customer along for weeks. In this case I didn’t need the item urgently but if I did, it would have been a bigger disappointment. Thanks for requesting for feedback anyway. Have a good week ahead. Kevin.

Misleading advertising, bought an outdoor heater that doesn't even work outside. Poor costumer service as wanting a refund but responsed with too many excuses. Didn't make it easy at all to work with these people.

Simply shocking service, still yet to receive items, nearly a month after ordering paying$94 for delivery with tracking virtually non existent. Probably blame it on the virus. Toll shipping appalling. Perhaps a refund should be called for.

I reasently bought a Evakool TMDZ60 travel mate at Tentworld. The fridge has failed in side 5mths, tentworld don't have anything to do with the Warranty process your on your own with the manufacturer which I find very disappointing they fob you off saying you will have to contact them. Come on guys take some ownership very disappointing. I will not shop at tent world again

Purchased two 12v 150 watt ceramic heaters. Arrived a week later. Both units are unbearably noisy and barely put out more heat than your own breath unless the car engine is revving high. Tried them on a 12 volt battery that was fully charged and no heat comes out at all. It seems they need well over 13 volts to get any heat at all. Would recommend that you try an equivalent ceramic heater in a store like autobarn before you buy. Ours are ready to go in the bin

My experience with tentworld was not a good one. I paid in advance for a fridge, on special from tentworld which was on special with several other suppliers at the time. Several weeks after receiving my payment and when the special was no longer available elsewhere, tentworld advised that my order would not be honoured. While on one hand, this may seem reasonable and a simple stock management error, it left me unable to take advantage of the special price on an item I still require. An offer of an equivalent product at the price I had paid would have seemed reasonable to me. No such offer was made. If I do deal with tentworld in future, I will call them to check whether they actually have stock before I make payment.

When I bought the camp oven it was supposed to be 1 week delivery. It took over 6 weeks to receive . Then with all the designs over the box you would think Aussie made but no , made in china

The entire contents of my package was damaged due to Poor packaging and the free shipping advertised on the website is misleading

I purchased a 6 person tent in store at Toowoomba tentworld on the 10/6/20 but the tent was too big to fit in my car. They refused to accept my return even though it is unopened, unused and undamaged. Beware this company is disgraceful with returns.

Never received item, transaction was cancelled without contacting me, when I messaged days later was told out of stock, even though the website said still in stock at stores.

Ordered early April. On June 6th'th it's not arrived. Staff @ Tentworld agrees I can walk away and get a full refund as the purchasing department has no ETA, but I need to present my debit card in store to process refund. 1h later I buy a tent from different store. 1h after this I arrive at Tentworld to get my refund, but Manager @ Tentworld refuses to issue refund. Manager said Staff was not authorized to cancel order and Manager didn't bother to call me when he was informed (Manager, and all staff, were too busy). There is no dispute that Staff did say I could walk away with a full refund, and as I had already purchased another tent, we're looking at VCAT if I don't get my refund in the next few days. Poorly handled by Manager as internal communication failures is not a customers problem. If manager had done the right thing and called me, I would have rented a tent for my camping trip in 2 weeks time, or purchased a 4-season tent, possibly from Tentworld. Now, I have no interest in buying anything from Tentworld again. PS: Hope nothing bad happens to Staff member.

Ordered Fridge on the 27/5, paid in full, still haven't received it, haven't been contacted by anyone, I have chased it up a couple of times to no avail. I guess I will get it one day.
