Product received was faulty. Paid extra to buy local but in this case wrong choice.

We have ordered and paid for 4 gazebos and only received 2. If I call there is nobody to speak to and I have sent numerous messages to Montana and have not heard back. Very poor service and customer service. Would rather have not even given one star.

We received the OZtrail card table, but not the sleeping bag liners. They were sent to Woodend in Queensland.

Regretful purchase. Blade is bent pretty badly, delivery driver dropped it on my driveway so that could be the cause. Also false advertisement on website which lead me to believe i would recieve my blade alot earlier until payment was made and then the delivery date changed by more then a week. Shiiiiiit service

I tried to purchase an item from Tent Word, Tweed Heads, ($100) but after receiving the rudest customer service for not standing behind the line, but on the line so that I could reach over and tap my debit card on the terminal. I walked out and decided to buy from Wild Earth, from whom I have bought in the past, its just a bit further up the road, and with an excellent free delivery service. And it was cheaper! Its not the first time I have walked out from this store, a few months ago, I wanted to buy a Blackwolf tent, approximately $1500, but ended up walking out and purchasing from Snowys.

The advertised price for the companion twin tub washing machine i just purchased was $143.99 and it says any order over $69.00 has free postage ,so i was wondering why the amount of $179.99 was taken out of my account by Tentworld on the 20/3/20???

Called your ferntree gully store regarding an online order I made, I simply asked the young girl if I could pick it up thinking you might have some sort of click and collect service and was laughed at and asked if I wanted to drive to Queensland to collect it, I was really polite and explained I’d like to pickup as we was going camping that weekend. There was no reason at all for her rudeness, I’ve received the tent now and it is as promised but future purchases will be avoided especially from the ferntree gully store.

The product (Bivvy Bag) that I purchased arrived defective, with a large tear in the lining between the external cover and mosquito net. As the order was already delayed, I was forced to sew it myself so that I could use the item in time.
