Not you, dispatched on 29/1/20 ,couriers please requesting i rate their service. Twice . Asked where my delivery was ,after me chasing them , numerous times finally got it 4pm tuesday 11/2/20.not happy with them.

On website they mention 8 inches fan so i order it when i revealed it seem whole fan including garil or whole body arround of fan is 8 inches it so little fan if you compare other 8inch fan in market not happy i complain they said dimension on the website i told then it said 8 inches fan and it not they asking me to return it not open not use and return will be customer change. Crazy

Awful, cancelled my order today 10 Jan, purchased 19 Nov 19. Went into the store today to be told a shipment had arrived but,yep you guessed it, there was a pallet missing which may or may not have my order on it.

Your advertising was (unintentionally Im sure )misleading, but I bought something based on that and it was awful from then on. Staff we're good.

Hate giving a bad review but the item took over a week to arrive. Meant I had to buy from elsewhere and then I had to take annual leave twice to wait around to return it to them. The worst.

First parcel that came was not wrapped properly and goods inside were damaged. Contacted Tentworld and asked them to pack 2nd parcel properly. This did not happen. 2nd parcel arrived and was left in an open mailbox for three days as we were away. It's a miracle the parcel was there when we returned. I was horrified it was just left there. 0 from 2 for Tentworld.

I'm sorry to read about your experience with us & Australia Post. We've taken all your feedback on board and are working on solutions to stop this from happening again. Staff were not helpful were too busy standing around chatting than to come and help. Product was faulty and was told to bring item back , when we bough the item back we were told we had to wait fo the item to be assesed even though it was faulty product. Understand that there are processes but we were told 2 different things and staff were very rude

I was trying to use the online store but they didn?t have stock of the particular item I required. There is a store 5 mins from my house but have never had a good experience with the store. Sad to say it was pretty much the same again. There was a special deal advertised on the website for a free chair with the tent. I asked about the chair at the checkout with the tent and they said that deal was over. I pointed out the fact it was still being advertised on their website. The man at the checkout still refused to give me a chair. It wasn?t until I said don?t worry about the $1200 tent I will go elsewhere was he willing to through in the free chair as advertised. The people I spoke to at the online store were helpful. Maybe they should train the instore people some basic customer service skills

I had a package from tent World arriving last week while I was away. I had asked for the package not to be left without a signature however according to Toll customer service if the driver believes they can find a safe place to leave the parcel they will leave it anyway

Appalling. Female employee by the name *Personal Information Removed by Feefo* provided us with the worst service my family and I have ever experienced. *Personal Information Removed by Feefo* insulted us to a point that everyone we know will never give business to Tentworld again.

Someone actually needs to action customer problems. Instead of being being passed around the team. Answering emails is one thing. Acting upon them is the part that let them down.
