I didn?t get a follow up message I sent. Only and automated email. Horrible customer service!! Postage is a rip off for people living in rural areas or out of the eastern states. Where most of these people are the camping and outdoor type. Still waiting for one of the items I ordered, which was from the emails I was sent was the first to be shipped. Wouldn?t recommend TentWorld at all! Prices might seem cheap but there is a hidden caught. Shouldn?t display free shipping if it only applies to half of the country!! ? Should be ashamed.

Worst customer service. Would never recommend. Online did not deliver as promised. No help when contacted. In store worse. Manager just did mt head in.

I bought the OZtrail Ensuite on the 25-09-19 and took it camping at Tantangara dam for the October long weekend. On the third day a strong gust of wind came through and snapped the fiberglass poles that go on top.On 25-11-19 I ordered replacement poles which I had to pay up front, was told 2 to 3 weeks. After a month they hadn't arrived after 2 months still nothing. On the 24th Jan I went to the Fyshwick store and asked for my money back and was told if could wait one more week they would arrive.I had no confidence with Tentworld and got my money back with great disappointment, considering the initial purchase I spent close to $1600.00 including the ensuite, they could have offered me a replacement. Tentworld and other suppliers have an obligation to sell products fit for purpose

bought a Coleman 6 insta Up but after 1 month the zipper to the flyscreen did not close so l ordered a new tent..after 10 days l have still not got the new one!I had to close my screen with pegs and a piece of string to avoid getting snakes,spiders,flies, mosquitoes in to the tent during the day, night. Very hard to get out and in to the tent every time as well!l got a 20 dollar voucher after all emails and arguments!Also l was told to bring the faulty tent in when l am camping in the wilderness.. Impossible without getting a new one first..So 10 days and tentworld could have offered me express delivery for free.I was offered a free pick up of the faulty tent for investigation! If l get my money back l don't know but this has been a bad experience...except for the voucher! The zippers should be of metal and not cheap plastic type!Hopefully l don't have to drive 160 km to pick up the new tent!l asked for a special delivery!All out there,have a great camping experience!THE staff in Towoomba was very Helpful...to end this! Finally l left the tent in Towoomba for inspection and they told me it was not their fault the zipper failed!I had to go back to their shop from the outback to pick it it up(10 h trip One way),so no money or a new tent!When l packed up the tent it was all wet and mouldy! Horribel! THE other tent l bought could not handle THE sun and the fabric cracked in hard winds! To sum it up:Wasted 500 dollars and bad service!They did not Even offer me the steelpegs for free Wirth 3 dollars!They can Keep THE voucher!

Was advised the tent I bought would fit my awning paid cash went and set up didn?t fit returned to only be offered a store credit. Not much use when you have everything else now have to save up to get a new tent elsewhere. Ended up buying a hot water unit that I don?t actually need just so I didn?t lose my hard earned cash. Won?t be recommending Tentworld to anyone

No customer service. Brought a faulty fridge of you and all you did was hand ball the problem to evakool. You sold the fridge you are responsible for it

Next time don't send me a broken chair and make me slash it with a knife and send photos like some sort of hostage movie. Also you could have taken the old broken one away, it won't fit in my bin and I'm gonna have to pay to take it to the tip. Worst online buying experience I've ever had and I was sold on the darkweb.

After using tent for 4 weeks we got a rip at very top of fly which we believe is a flaw in material. Tent world wouldn?t honour warranty. Not happy and Tent world have been adamant after lots of contact that they won?t honour warranty so am taking matter further.

Hi, sorry to read that you're unhappy with us. I've been able to find your customer service ticket where I can see that we've been working hard with you & Coleman to try gain approval for warranty but have not been able to so far. It appears that the issues we're facing is that there appears to be non manufacturing faults in the tent, that appear to be caused by a combination of UV Damage, inadequate use of the guy ropes & potential storm damage. That being said, I can see that we're still trying to work with you & Coleman to gain approval and have requested for you to provide us with the Tent Fly so that we can physically inspect it, rather than working from the pictures provided. Hopefully once you've provided the fly to us, we can gain the approval we're seeking. Kind Regards, Tentworld team.

I was not happy, as per email sent, with being told, different due dates for sending, and way too late to require refund to purchase elsewhere, vewry annoyed that when I rang to order I was assurred I would receive by Christmas, and now the earliest is 31st December. Not a good start to purchasing from you and doubt I will into the future

Yes I was not very impressed with the service I ordered the Icekool that I still have not received. It was paid for two weeks ago. When I placed the order I was told that your store had the Icekool in stock. But It seems you do not rate your customers very highly. Because you obviously sold the item and I am still waiting. To my Brigade it was urgently needed to keep our drinks cold whilst fighting fires, and the RFSA rushed the order through so we would get the item quicker but that did not happen so. My Brigade is a little annoyed with your service and may not venture again.

Bought a toy head torch for my niece. It didn?t work. We changed the batteries and tried everything we could think of but it just didn?t turn in. Didn?t return item as not worth the hassle but still disappointing, especially for my little niece. Ended up getting one from Anaconda. Works great.

Sorry we were not able to source the OZtrail Trailer Tent Screen Room & Floor Kit for you Michael - we make these available for Special Order, but unfortunately, in these instances when we do not have any stock of our own - we trust OZtrail to hold stock for us and sadly in this instance they let us down.
