Hi Jeff, sorry for the delay in dispatch of your special order - we have updated the ETA via email to you if you check - search for contact@tentworld.com.au - unfortunately, Coleman have let us down with the ETA that we were expecting this to arrive to. Of course if this new ETA doesn't suit, you're welcome to cancel your order for a full refund. Otherwise, we'll keep doing our best to get you this spare part. Sorry again. Terrible. I never received our chair and when I chased them up, they said I owe them for the return of the good and $50 to resend it. My wife was home all day when delivery was scheduled, but the goods were not delivered and no missed delivery card left. Customer service is basically non-existent. When trying to resolve the issue, I received a very unhelpful reply about extra fees to get it redelivered. So this issue is still not resolved.

:( Sorry to read about the problems you've had with your delivery Belinda. I've taken a quick look at your order and can see that we took your order on the 18th November at 10am, and incredibly we had it packed & sent at 10:10am the same morning using Couriers Please. This seems to be where everything has gone wrong.... a full 10 days later, it is finally delivered to you..... DAMAGED. I can see that we're now in the process of resolving all this with you. We are so disappointed in the experience Couriers Please have given us as our delivery partner for your order. Please do be assured that we track and measure all of our carrier performance & typically - we do find Couriers Please to be reliable, and for the parcels to arrive in good condition. We have taken notes on this delivery, and will raise this with our Account Manager on the next meeting. Really sorry that we let you down in this instance. I hope in the future you give us another opportunity, and that we will impress then! Kind Regards & Happy Camping, Tentworld team.

The tent could arrive on time as advised. There is no tracking for the tent, they don't seem to know where it is!

I received the item with the storage box smashed once I contacted them they said nothing they could do as the box is not part of the warranty. Very unhappy with customer service for the amount of money spent on the item I expected it in perfect condition.

The 'issue' I have is that I brought an air cooler as a Christmas present a couple of years ago (using cash), and when I got home I found that the proposed recipient already had one, so when I went back the staff said I couldnt get a refund..only a credit....so I have been trying to use that money for some time...I just occasionally just go in and have a look...re the gas canisters...they are much cheaper at other stores, but I am trying to use up the credit. I understand that the return was not because of a faulty item...but you are the only major store I go to who wouldnt have made a refund...so I dont buy anything (other than on the credit) anymore.
