A very disappointing first purchase from tent world. Firstly your chosen courier did not deliver as instructed and left a heavy parcel on the verandah when I specifically instructed to be left in the carport. Secondly on opening the parcel the canopy was missing. Still waiting for the rest ot the order.

Hi Richard, ​Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry the parcel wasn't delivered to the desired location. Missing items also aren't ideal! It is my understanding that this was an error from our supplier, which of course doesn't really provide any consolation. The good thing is the canopy is now on its way to you. Purchased in October 2019 went to use in December and didn't work from out of the box, Contacted Evakool and told to take it to there service center in Mandurah. Currently been sitting there since 6 January waiting for parts.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Having looked into this matter I can see that the OZtrail Genesis 12P Dome Tent was an end of line product and was on clearance. When this occurs we run out of the last of the remaining stock very quickly. You should have been notified at the earliest instance when it was apparent that we were unable to fulfil your order. Unfortunately the camping gas heater is a very poor quality product and I wasn’t able to use it even once. I am Still waiting for response about the refund or replacement ( maybe not a good idea) , so hopefully my overall experience with Tentworld will improve. Thanks

Horrible customer service. I purchased a Weaco fridge, tentworld called me up the next day to confirm the order and delivery address, they said that the fridge will be sent the next day and a tracking number will be emailed. A week later I had no tracking number so I contacted tentworld, they told me that the fridge I ordered and paid for is out of stock and no longer available. If I hadn't contacted them I'd still be waiting for my fridge. I should have stuck with snowys.com.au they never let me down and have fantastic service.

The Darche 270 awning I bought from them is great, but their customer service is terrible. Their website says it fits most flat rack set ups, but it didn't fit my Rhino Pioneer flat rack, the most common one on the market. When I emailed them, their "Online Sales Manager" Daniel tells me that the "Oztent Foxwing" doesn't fit that rack. That wasn't even the product I ordered. He then tells me they don't deal with roof racks and basically it's not their problem. When I pointed out to Daniel that he got my product wrong, and what their listing actually claims, they are now ignoring me and won't respond. They won't get anymore of my business. I'll go to Snowys next time.

I still have not received my purchase and it seems your courier Toll has lost it. Please send me another order as I need this stuff next month. I ordered it in mid January. Not happy with Tentworld. Deal with it!

Absolutely horrible customer service from the Brendale store, was spoken down too and treated like I've never been camping before trying to tell me what I need and not what we wanted....pfft righto mate...big mistake!! Your loss Tent world...Snowys got our money that day! Will never shop with Tent world ever again.

Really sorry to hear about your experience in our Brendale store - what you've described should never happen in our stores, and is definitely not what we're known for. What you've described is of huge concern to us, please keep an eye on your inbox where I've sent you direct email asking for more information so that I can investigate & address the issue appropriately with those involved.

This is a one off, we have purchased from TentWorld many times, but this time with pleaty of time the items didnt make it intime. Maybe Auspost issues? or was not instock and maybe ordered and then sent out? Will use again :-) but just annoyed at the moment :-/

Hi Melita, sorry to learn that your delivery has been slow. I've just taken a look into your order and can see that it has taken longer to be delivered than we'd expect. Sorry!! I know that can be really annoying & sometimes worrying. Sorry that our delivery partner has let us both down in this instance. I can see from our customer service records that the local courier in your area advised that he'd deliver to you this morning. So fingers crossed you've got your new fridge for the weekend! Enjoy! As a consumer when you see 2-4 days delivery on your phone, you expect that. If it is estimated then do not use a dash to represent estimated and ensure it is known at the check out page, not elsewhere. Delivery not on time, lost money. About to go to VCAT as their courier told me it would be their by Friday and they want to charge me $58.02 to return a $179 product.

Absolutely appalling, socially irrisponsible , condescending, patronizing, for a "family run " business and considering the info on web sight we can't ( and large numbers of family/ friends can't either ) believe their attidude.
