“Went to Gold Coast store today to spend $1500 on a tent waited for 15mins for someone to come and show me a tent guy at the counter clearly seen me but continued playing on computer”

“Rude after sales service. One item was not delivered in a timely fashion and the response was basically. Tough luck. Get stuffed.”

“I bought a Darche swag from tent world and requested that I remove the sewage from the packaging to inspect it as we live very remote. I was refused this. I purchased the swag and when I got it home found it had a defect.”

“Way way shorter in length than advertised, tie straps are also very short making it hard to pack up, slept on it 4 times now with fet hanging off, not so good unless your short but I bought it specifically because of size 190cm and its more like 160 if that.”

“Ordered a wheel chock level on 25 Mar, item been told to dispatch since 7 Apr and notification keep changing until dispatch date on 30 May. Item have not yet been received until now. It has been more than 2 months waiting. If it is due to Covid, Tentworld should notify the reason. Otherwise stop selling the item!”

“ordered and paid for a $ 700 fridge that ýour website showed was in stock for delivery. 7 days later no sign of a tracking number so I rang to see what was going on. only to be told it wasn't in stock would you like a refund ? then I had to wait another 3 days to get my money back. I walked into Anaconda and purchased the same fridge off the floor for $ 50 less. I wont be back...”

“as you are aware I purchased porrta potti . I spoke to a sales person and was informed the fixing base came with the toilet, when toilet arrived there was no base, I wrote to tentword they informed me that you stoke the base ,so ring thetford I did they were no help I was told to contact tentworld. you were no help so I had to find a base my self cost with delivery over $100 not inpressed . not happy Mr Gerry Kent”

Hi Roland, Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we're seeing some heavy delays with Australia Post currently. Their deliveries are taking quite some time to process due to COVID19 restrictions. I will assist where I can with this - I'll be in touch shortly. Regarding the shipping fees, Western Australia does fall outside of our free zone currently. Due to the size of our country, shipping costs have quite a large variance and it's been a tough nut to crack. Thanks and Happy Camping - Jarrod.

“Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I understand we are all suffering with delays because of COVID-19 but please let us know why there has been a delay. My order was placed and paid for 4 business days ago and goods showed in stock on the website but still they have not been dispatched. The status is still showing "Pick". No email received to say there has been a delay. I see other people's reviews show Great Service and Fast Delivery, which makes me even more upset because my order has not even been put together, 2 of the same items not 20 of different items.”
