“You are kidding aren’t you - I wish the purchase was made . The order keeps getting pushed back and is now estimated to be delivered October 2nd. This was ordered months ago with an eta that clearly wasn’t genuine as 8 think we’re up to 3 notices of failure to deliver. If it wasn’t that I don’t have faith in the refund process .... I’d go elsewhere but I won’t give myself more headaches into the boot and will wait it out as we definitely do want the item. So probably not wise to seek feedback guys.”

“Useless, would not recommend! 1 month and still waiting on a drink bottle, to bad if what I needed was time sensitive. Customer service is really disappointing. I purchased an item that said next day dispatch. Heard nothing for over a week. I contacted tentworld and they said they had over sold and were waiting on a new shipment & should arrive by this date. Still heard nothing 3 days after advised date, so I contacted them again to then be told it’ll be another week. Finally get shipping info and I know post is slow right now but I emailed to find out where it’s being sent from so I know a ball park of how much longer I have to wait. Tentworlds response said there are delays with shipping due to corona. Well who would have guessed that?? Not me, I’m only living in Melbourne so I’d have no bloody idea post is slow! Helpful tip, when asked a question via email maybe answer it and not wait for customers to contact you if there is an issue with something you’re selling”

“My beef is with Narva. Very disappointed to have this product fail on a recent camping trip where I had no tools to fix it. These wires are just crimped not soldered to the pins. Being a Narva product I thought I was buying a quality product but was very surprised to see it fail due to poor construction. Only bought it as I ran out of time to make one up myself. I have since soldered all connections on this product myself to make sure it doesn’t fail again”

“Bought a tent cost me $400 don’t have front and both side walls. The guy at Tentworld I can order online. Ordered only front wall arrived and I got email said back order for both side walls. Waited I got second email said no more discontinued this product. I got tent without both side walls. Very disappointing.”

“have stock in your stores first you cost me more than I needed to pay by charging me freight thanks for nothing”

Hi Mak, Thanks for your review. Unfortunately, our stores can only hold so much stock. So when they run out due to popularity, there can be a delay with re-stocking. We offer free delivery on orders above $69.00 for many of our customers, but as this transaction didn't reach the threshold, we're unable to cover the freight. I hope this helps clarify. “I ordered 3 Darche swags on the 3rd September online, after a week of no updates on the order tracking I called them to find out there was an error and this was discontinued stock. They were aware of the error and said were going to contact me. Said I could order the 2020 model which their quoted price was $90 more than Snowy's. Next time will just use Snowy's who are a lot easier to deal with and always very competitive with prices.”

“Our Poppa bought these chairs for our Birthday. The chairs did not arrive on time because of the courier not telling the truth. Tentworld should check on deliveries to make sure everybody gets their presents on time.”
