Customers service at Archfield Brisbane was very disappointing. (Very rude) I've visited that store on 3 occasions with no help and will not shop there again. Maybe a new manager is needed. Buy from Brownsplains as the staff are very friendly and amazing with customer support and knowledge.

Tentworld failed to send the order on time. Their advertised "leaves within 1 business day" claim is bs. Tentworld failed to send part of the order at all, and didn't communicate with me until I raised a Paypal dispute... and then they sent the wrong product.

Immensely disappointed to find out that online order delivery timeframes in no way reflect what actually happens since the product leaves a central warehouse, not the local store as indicated. Order had not even been picked when following up by phone 4 days later, and had to get my wife to pick up the ordered products to have them for the school hols. This “returning customer “ probably won’t be returning again.

As per our Shipping & Delivery page ", Once your order leaves our warehouse in QLD, transit times will vary depending on the destination of your order " Unfortunetly our stores are not set up to deliver and are only set up as storefronts for instore pickups. Done nothing at all to manage our expectations around darche swag poles and the inability to supply. We paid for these around March/April and have to follow up tentworld on every occasion

I bought a camelback 1.5L and it leaks. I’ve called tentworld twice and it’s been a week with no resolution of the problem.

Ordered and paid a deposit for a Companion Pro Hiker 2 Hiking tent which was meant to arrive on 28 Sept in Perth but disappointed as it still hasn't arrived and now told it could be another 2 weeks before it arrives by which time it will be too late for my planned hiking trip.

The tray tilts down towards the baby so we couldn't actually use it. Dissappointed.

If I had actually received my item in an undamaged condition I could give a good review. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged, and had to be returned. I am still waiting for a replacement 2 weeks later.

I've bought from Tentworld lots of times before. They're not the cheapest but usually reliable and post out orders quickly. With this purchase I ordered 3x tents for a Scouting weekend (we needed some small tents as kids are sleeping individually due to COVID). But the day after I'd received the postage notification (thinking all was good) I was advised by email that 2x weren't in stock and were days behind. I asked if they could be posted express but was offered an invoice of $50ish if I wanted this. No apology, no acknowledgement of the fact that they were advertised as being available but not. I think I'll go somewhere else next time.

A fortnight after the delivery should have arrived, i contacted TentWorld to follow up. They said they would get back to me. Several days later, still no contact so I followed up again. No packaging on the item just a sticker on the box and the sleeping bag had been opened and the tag sticky taped back on, either a returned item or store demo. Dsiappointing and wouldn't recommend.

Bought an OzTrail Latitude Dome tent for our family trip. I know it wasn't the most expensive tent on the market but i would have expected it to last more than two days. An afternoon Nor Easter broke three poles, which in turn speared through the tent ripping it to the stitching. A number of guy rope and peg holders also ripped out as they were only stitched in by a couple of weak stitches. Disappointed with the build quality of these tents. Now our next camping trip is around the corner and i can assure you it wont be an OzTrail Emailed Tentworld after the holiday and am still waiting for a reply.
